I thought about whether or not I should leave a review or not, as it has been a few months since Ive returned. However, I strongly feel something needs to be said. Ive been to several dermatologists, and this has by far been my worst experience. They schedule about 10 minutes of actual appointment time with you. They dont listen to your concerns, and I always felt rushed. I usually met with a different physician than Dr. Grevey, but the medication I was on required a monthly follow-up. My physician was unavailable so I scheduled with Dr. Grevey. When I met with him, he didnt even seem to understand why I was there and had obviously not read my case notes. My last and final session, I arrived early for my appointment. When about 15 minutes into my scheduled appointment time had passed, I approached the receptionist (who was on the phone the whole time) and asked about how much longer I would need to wait (politely). Long story short, she bit my head off and was extremely rude. When I went back to my appointment, I told the physician how rude she had been to not only me but another client in the waiting room. Customer service 101: When someone tells you they were mistreated by support staff, dont respond by saying that they might need therapy because they were upset and politely voiced their concern to you. I AM A THERAPIST. I nearly laughed in their faces. Instead, I said "thanks" and never returned. Like I said, I work in mental health care (a form of health care that meets with the general public) and I have never seen an office or professionals treat people this way. Take your services elsewhere.

I have been going here for several years. I have always loved the staff and they have always done a fantastic job up until around January of last year. Every single time I have an appointment I have always shown up at least 20 minutes early and I always end up waiting at least 45 minutes past my scheduled time! How absurd! Yesterday was the last straw. I had an appointment to see the the dermatologist at 9:15 and I showed up at 8:50. After I sat down there were 6 people that signed in after me including one person who was under the impression that her appointment was at 9am when the receptionist clearly corrected her several times stating that she was due in at 930. Well everybody else was called in before me which I do understand, but then that person was called in at 9:33. There is absolutely no reason why she should have been called in before me. I was thee first and her appointment was already scheduled for 15 minutes after mine. I am sick and tired of them asking me to always be 20 minutes early and then make me wait an hour for an appointment that takes 3 minutes. Every appointment is the same, I come in, they look at my face for less than a minute, tell me Im good to go and I leave. There is absolutely no reason since should have to wait an hour every single time. I am completely done with this terrible establishment do I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for all of your dermatology needs.

First day coming to this office. Had an appt at 4:10 with Jessica Watkins. The office is supposed to close at 5pm. I show up early 4:00 because Im a new patient and to fill out paper work. Not only is the doctor not here, the damn place is closed. Talk about poor business! First time this has ever happen. No call to at least reschedule my appt. I made arrangements at my job to leave early for this appt. I wouldnt recommend this place to single sole. I call the after hours operator and she was just as confused. And has no way of even finding out what was going on. How do you not have anyone number. What type of company is this?! Just terrible business! Dont waste your time! This just goes to show, this office clearly is not reliable.

I have been to Dermatologists before and know how busy it can get so I am not surprised. We waited up to 45 minutes to be seen in a small crowded room that had a hard time accommodating the crowd. Once seen, we felt very rushed and had little time for questions. Just seems unorganized. On the plus side I came here because they took patients on Fridays which many do not.

Great service! I had this deep acne scarring that I hated, especially being in competitions where you get judged on your physical appearance. I had four fraxel procedures and everyone was extremely supportive and kind. The staff is great and Dr. Grevey is very caring. My face looks way better!
