Great dermatologists. Horrible front office staffer at the Lexington location. Had so many issues with her. While I was on Accutane an office staffer mis-entered something that locked me out of the ipledge system. I had to call the main/national ipledge office and have them stay on the phone with me while I called Derm. Consultants. The office staffer was argumentative, even with the ipledge worker who tried to explain the issue was on the offices end. Eventually the ipledge worker was able to make her understand and update the system correctly. She did not apologize! This would have effectively interrupted and abruptly ended my treatment if it hadnt been fixed, despite the fact that I had completed all the correct steps and requirements and could not go further online until their issue was fixed. Months later as soon as my Accutane was complete I was told I was no longer a patient (by the same office staffer) because Id missed too many appointments.They could not name the number of appointments missed or the time/date that I was informed that if this continued I would not be a patient there, as they said they had. This abruptly ended my Accutane treatment prior to completion. Unbelievably rude conduct in informing me (you can always be civil regardless of what you have to say) and lack of specific dates/facts to back up the decision. It is also true that they do not do blood work in house which results in an ADDITIONAL copay (despite the convenient location downstairs) and you will always have issues with the office staff getting back to you (see similar review by Jessica Marie stating the same), despite the time sensitive nature of Accutane treatment. How does this have 3 stars when they hire such an office staffer? Dont go for that reason alone. You will always have to interact, despite which great doctor you see. As you know, it is often them you rely on when something is needed after the appointment and can add unnecessary stress.

I saw the PA she was nice. Unfortunately the have no ways of doing bloodwork in their office and sent you to a different business in the office park where I got charged a second copay. When I discovered this a month after my visit, I tried to changer dermatologists and asked them to fax my records to another doctor. I did what they had asked a faxed their singed medical release form to them. (Im on accutane so everything is very time sensitive.) Whe I had called to confirm this had been sent and my visit to the new doctor was the folllowing day a lady in the office told me that i would be at least two weeks before they could do this. TWO WEEKS? I was only there once.. my file is what, all of one page? I had my new derm office call and they still refused. What a bunch of whacks. I eventually wasted 75 bucks there and had to start the process all over at the new place. Beware.

Dr. Patrick Davey is not your typical medical doctor! Rather and fortunately, he is- A professional who treats his patient as a friend not just as another fee. Astute enough to make the patient feel as part of the team when performing an operation. Humble enough to advise not tell the patient what the expense and efficacy are of each treatment option. Then allows the patient, not the doctor, to make the decision. Concerned enough to call patient at home after the operation to ensure that all issues have been resolved and that the patient fully understands his/her part in post-operation care. A Healer not just a fixer. When finished you feel good about the operation, feel good about the doctor, and feel good about yourself.

Unfortunately KY is pretty much the birthplace of all allergies. lol Since moving back here I have had more issues with my skin than I ever have before. Every time I go to Dermatology Consultants the staff and physicians (I see Dr. Music who is fantastic) I have been treated with courtesy, empathy and a sense of urgency. They have always been able to accommodate my eczema related skin "emergencies" and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. From the moment you walk into the calm & relaxing waiting room, until you walk out the door the experience is great. I really hope Dr. Music never leaves this office.

I am still fuming from coming back from an appointment I had an hour ago with my daughter. The person who "helped" us did not seem to care one bit about our concerns. She just pushed us through without stopping to answer our questions and went over everything so quickly we left with our heads spinning. Upon leaving I immediately made an appointment with another practice so that we could actually get some real help. I will never use this office again.

1) Shera (sp) assist is excellent! with getting everything I need and ordering my Enbrel. 2) Dr. Webb is very helpful in answering my questions and helping me with my psorias_ listening to my concern. 3) My Enbrel has cleared my skin completly. 4) My only problem is with it in my scalp. Still working on whats right for me. Tried injections again so we will see how this works. 5) Over all an Excellent office and crew!

All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Made this mama feel at ease about daughters skin issues. Even though the dr. was 100 percent sure of the diagnosis, both he and the nurse could see my worries and did a scrap microscope test to give me the piece of mind that I needed without making me feel like I should not be questioning. I appreciated the care and concern they gave both me and my daughter. Thanks!!!

Ryan is an excellent provider. He is very professional and very attentive . I had previously been treated by two other providers at a different doctors office for a skin condition and did not improve. Once I started seeing Ryan I began improving and within six months my condition improved and eventually went away. I have full confidence in Ryans ability and trust him the same as any doctor.

Both the staff and the physician were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The office has a clean relaxed atmosphere. I was seen very quickly. Overall, my first visit was positive and comfortable! I would definitely recommend Dermatology Consultants, simply based on the first experience. Thank you. I also appreciate the complimentory water.

Not worth going None of the doctors know what they are saying or doing. Two of my friends caught what I had, and they both went to different doctors. They both said the same thing. However, these doctors didnt say that. They didnt know how I passed it on, but that they would need to come in as well and get examined. Poor doctors I say.

I was amazed to get worked in so fast, only 2 days, which is a miracle with a dermatologist! I saw Samantha Stratton and loved her. She was very helpful and concerned for my comfort level. The rest of the staff was amazing! I was in and out in 45 minutes, which was super fast! Thanks a bunch, I will definitely be back!

I had an awesome experience. Everyone was very professional, friendly and kind. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I gained education on skin cancer prevention. I also told the PA about my trip to lobby in Frankfort and he gave me many brochures and statistics to take with me. Thank you! Would recommend.

Have come here for years and appreciate the patient-centered care and office atmosphere. As a former practicing physician I understand the effort required to assure all the attention to detail I see in the office both for patient comfort and quality of care.
