This place is beautiful and has every resource and ability to provide excellent dermatological care. However, in recent months, the wait times have been unacceptable and the front desk staff are inpatient and rude. The past two times I have been to this facility I have waited over 50 minutes for my scheduled appointment, encountered the rude front desk staff, one of whom had a very loud personal phone call with a collection agency or something of the like, very unprofessional. The midlevel provider I saw informed me that I should have made an appointment sooner, as the rash that was my chief complain was resolving, in her opinion. I had to direct my own care, I am a healthcare provider myself, to someone who treated me like she had only minutes to spare and wouldnt even entertain the idea of confirmatory tests or treatments. I am very disappointed with the current state of Newnan Dermatology and hope that they will reenact whomever ran the clinic so professionally and to the same standard of care as it was when I first started going there a few years ago.

I was totally disappointed with my visits to Newnan Dermatologys Peachtree City office. I have been there a total of 4 times, all of them I was kept waiting for an exceptionally long time. One appointment was well over 1 1/2hrs and I rescheduled and left. This last time I waited again well over 1 1/2 hrs. and found one of the reason was the Dr. I was seeing saw several pharmaceutical reps while I was left sitting in the waiting room. I saw the reps go back and leave while I continued to wait. I actually mentioned the situation to the Dr. and she said that SHE had not met with them, however when I saw the reps in the parking lot I asked them who they had seen and she WAS one of the doctors mentioned. Im done!

My first appointment I was stood up by a PA. She just didnt show. I was re-scheduled with Dr. Mariette who was a nice guy and very apologetic. He diagnosed me with melanoma and referred me to a surgeon in Atlanta. After two surgeries I need to schedule an appointment so I call and get message which I left two days ago. No return call. I call today and hold forever. It says hit 9 if you want to leave a message. I did and an answering service I guess answered. They then transferred me to dr marcett scheduler. I got another voice mail. Does anyone actually answer the phone anymore?

The newnan dermatology was awful! I had scheduled and appointment and said that they would call and remind, they did not. I needed to cancel the appointment anyways so I did not cancel because I figured that they canceled because they did not call. Then a few days later I get a call from them saying I had a $25.00 fine for not canceling. Other horrible experiences there. But the front desk was amazing! But Dr. Neely Almand was not the best.

I would give no starts if I could. First of all, its impossible to get someone in the phone, but once you arrive to their location, you check in through a computer and everyone seems to be having a great time. The first doctor I saw was rude, the second couldnt solve my problem, but brought in the surgeon who said he could remove my cyst, but when i called to make an appointment he changed his mind.

My family and I have been patients of ND for years. They arent what they used to be. Today I was told I owed a balance under $10.00 for a visit almost 2 years ago. Wow! I hope they didnt suffer because of the balance I owed. You would have thought I owed them thousands. True healers.

I feel like I am in a spa when I am there. I have had melanoma removed by Dr. Buchthal and she made me feel like she really cared about me and was so calming and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone over any that I have gone to in the past.

The visit was awesome and the staff was great. My wife also went and had the same experience. However, it is impossible to get them to call you back and the portal does not seem to work even after getting through the difficulty of getting it setup.

Dr. Marcet and his staff are phenomenal. I had Mohs surgery done on my face and was terrified that the scarring would be terrible. I am happy to report that the scar is not visible at all!!

PLEASE watch your bill!!! I was charged $1470 for a procedure the doctor never performed. I am filing a complaint through my insurance company. I no longer have trust in this doctor.

Dr Ling is awesome. Gets straight to it and is a true MD. Not a chop-shop like some other local dermatologists. Highly recommend!
