Sarah Weinel is the BEST and her nurses are too! They are brilliant and kind and I feel lucky to be their patient. The billing department is HORRIBLE though. No way to pay a bill online, someone named Linda is apparently the only person who can take a payment and she is never available yet she calls and leaves messages every single day if you owe any money. Its worth it to get to work with Dr. Weinel though.

Tried paying the bill over the phone, but no answer after calling them 10 times per day...yet I keep getting the bill in the mail. There is no one to contact if this person does not answer the phone calls. If they cant answer, they should hire someone who can actually pick the phone up. I want to feel like I matter and not just a paycheck. Poor customer service does make for frustrated customers.

Terrible customer service. Charged me $40 for a no show because I attended a funeral instead. Tried to explain I had forgotten about the appointment because of the circumstances. First time this has happened, I never missed an appointment there before. Did not try to work with me at all.
