Booking an appointment was very easy at Dr. Kayals office. I was a new patient so before going to the office, I went ahead and filled out all paperwork and emailed it. However, when I got to the office, they said they did not have the paperwork. Basically, they didnt check the email and I resent it so I can move forward with my appointment. Dr. Talley met with me and gave me 3 options for my face. Steroid shot, antibiotics, and they wanted me to purchase some very expensive face wash which I decided to pass on. I rarely have outbreaks so it was not necessary. She was nice but of course in and out quickly like most doctors I experience in the ATL area. So when checking out, I knew what my co pay was but I was told I had to pay almost $200. I was not happy about this and there was a line behind me so I did not want to cause a scene. So I used my HSA card and just paid it but as soon as I left I called my insurance carrier which stated they were incorrect. I only owed my co pay and they charged my for the appointment and the shot. So now, I am in the process of trying to get my money back. Which normally they do not refund when they make a mistake but since I caught it that day and the girl in the front office did not know what she was doing. Jackie has been very nice but trying to get my money back will probably take longer than I would like. So just a warning, make sure you know your co pay, etc before entering this clinic because the staff seems to lack what they are doing. I will be finding another dermatology clinic because my first visit was not good.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt that it was necessary to write one for this office. Dr. Kayals office is very nice, and the staff members during my appointment were friendly. I was overcharged during my visit, which I found out through my insurance. The reason why I rate them with one star is because it took them almost TWO months (from the first time I called about this overcharge) to send my refund via mail. I had to call almost every week asking when my check would be mailed. Their response was "call back on....." or "the office manager isnt in the office right now...I will leave a message with her and get back to you". She never got back to me. Every time I called, I had the same receptionist who would give me the same response. At one point, I was told that refund checks were mailed out and mine was still sitting on the office managers desk awaiting "approval". It seems like this office manager either never works or doesnt exist...After numerous attempts at calling this office, I finally got in touch with another receptionist who helped me. I just do not understand why it takes two months to send someone a refund for over paying at their office visit. If it were the other way around, they would expect me to pay in a timely manner. So, I expect the same in return...

This place sucks! I made an appointment for a specific treatment which is listed on their website. The address on their website is not their current address so I had to spend extra money in cab fare to get to them, when I finally arrived they inform me that they dont have the treatment listed on their website. Furthermore the treatment is listed as being at their East cobb location and the receptionist told me they dont even have an East cobb location. Waste of my time and money, EXTREMLY unprofessional!

Dr. Kayal is fantastic and really good at what he does! He did a small procedure on my foot and then I came back to him for a bigger surgery (I was wide awake during both!). His nice staff helped me relax during my surgery, Dr. Kayal answered all my questions before, during and after and was very attentive and concerned about my comfort and pain level. He did a good job on my stitches afterwards and theyve been healing nicely. Really couldnt have asked for any better.

Be ready to be upsold on a bunch of procedures that you dont need. Im only 40; I dont $2000 worth of face injections. Not the place to go if youre on a budget. Pricing is super high based on the area and market. They offered me an incentive/points program of sorts, but no staff members were familiar with the program or could explain it to me. The receptionist was really personable, but all the other staff had zero bed side manner. I wont be going back.

These guys are Awsome! I walked in the lady at the front welcomed me she was great then before I could even finish the paperwork they were ready to take me in! The doctor was so thorough and knowledged about the issue and then even gave samples. At checkout I felt Like she was a friend very nice lady! Good job everyone I will be definitely coming back and will recommend everybody!! Thanks

Do not expect to get any pain medication after having a cyst removed. I was told to take extra strength tylenol for a 3-inch incision on my neck that was cut open down to the muscle and required 10 internal stitches. There is no reason for having to go through that kind of intense burning, twitching, throbbing, and itching during the first 48 hours after the procedure.

The atmosphere at this office is unlike any that I have been to in a while. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure all of my questions were answered. I was impressed with Dr. Kayal and how thorough he was during my skin cancer screening, I don’t think he missed a single spot on my body.

Terrible experience. I went in to ask about a small bump on my eyelid and they tried to sell me botox and filler... I wasnt insecure about my looks before I went in, after my visit and them telling me how much I needed, I now have a complex.

Went for a test TILL this day havent got my result back its been a freaking week plus. They were quick to tell me how much it will cost n also to swip my credit card SMDH its ridiculous. Never will I go there not to talk of recommendation.
