My teenage daughter visit there for acne treatment. It was good when Dr. Bendoka and Ms. Estes were the care takers of my daughter. And it was five-stares then. Last visit, there was a rude, insensitive and rough nurse who are careless about patients comfort. Said unnecessary, untrue concern without doctor or nurse practitioners approval, to scared my daughter. We were told by this nurse that my daughter has dangerously high blood pressure which she never had. That was 80/110 I thought its in normal range. It scared her (me too)! It would bring her (or anyone) blood pressure shoot up to the sealing. This nurse asked private questions that is not necessary related to my daughters skin issue, and it made her upset. Then nurse practitioner came in, we shared this bad experience with her. OMG! She (nurse practitioner) just ignored us, acted like she didnt hear us, or acted like nothing happened. She didnt want to talk about it at all. Kept talking "at" us regards treatment (same old method). This is the rudest doctors office that doesnt care young teenage girls feeling. My daughter is scared to go back there. And I am very uncomfortable to be there too. Guess we have to look for someone else who can help my daughter, eventually.

Over a year of coming here. Never have gotten any decent results. One doctor tole me it was hyper pigmentation last one said it was eczema. The last doctor told me that what I was prescribed earlier for a year was actually making things worst which I had recognized on my own. This last cream has done nothing. I even underwent a biopsy that left an ugly dark mark that is visible which I was told would only be a small line that wasnt visible. Nothing came out from the biopsy so that was a waste of time. Im still receiving bills i cant afford for wasting my time here for over a year with NO results.

An excellent group of doctors and students. Dr. Gupta knows her stuff and has an excellent and caring demeanor. While you may pay more and might have to get a referral if you have cheaper insurance plans, the old adage goes: You get what you pay for! Emory has been first class by me every step of the way.

Be prepared to wait! Although I had a scheduled appointment, my son and I had to wait over an hour before we were even seen by the new doctor. I miss Dr. Kumar. She was excellent and provided fast service. With long waits like this it is definitely time to find a new dermatologist.

You will wait a long time. Every time Ive visited (5 or 6 times over 8 or so years) its been a long wait. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable though.
