Where do I start? I had an appt to get a full upper body scan as well as a couple of suspicious moles. 1st appt, had to wait 1.5 hrs PAST my appt time. When the Dr. finally did come into the room, he looked at the moles, mumbled something and took a sample from one of them. He also had me pull up the back of my shirt to see my back. No further examination. I also asked him to look at a rash I had as well as a couple of other issues. He did not provide any feedback whatsoever regarding my issues and dismissed me at that point. As I was checking out, I asked if there were any prescriptions, the dr., who was standing there at the time said he had already transmitted the request to my pharmacy. I had to make another appointment for the following friday to get my pathology results (i asked at that time, "if the results are benign will I get a call with that info?" and was told I must see the dr whatever the results were). I left there to go straight to my pharmacy. The pharmacy said they had not received a RX request from this dr. I immediately called the dr.s office, but it was closed). I called again on Monday, was told they would send in the request again, still didnt have a rx there. called again on Tuesday, they then manually called it in. My next appointment: did not have to wait past my appointment time. but did have to wait in the little room. when the med assistant came in about 10 mins later, she told me that they did not have my pathology report yet, and then left the room. I waited another 15 mins and went to speak directly to the dr. who was actively texting the testing center looking for my results. They could not tell me how much longer I would have to wait. I then told the dr I wanted a call if the pathology report was benign, and if it was not, I wanted the report sent to my home as I will take that report to another dr for further treatment. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

I called at 4:45pm to make an URGENT appointment. Their phone already went to the machine of their office already closed. They close at 5pm. I think its HIGHLY unprofessional to close their office/phone calls 15 minutes early, they should stop taking call at 5:00pm not 4:45pm, 15 minutes early. I am definitely a unhappy patient.

What a wonderful staff and doctor! I cannot say enough about the service and comfortable feeling I had being there today. So informative, all my questions were answered and the communication was exceptional! Highly recommend!

Aside of being rather unhelpful my prescription was never sent out. Went in and spent $100 just to be told what I already knew. The recommendations were not professional and all over the place
