Today I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Agha, and the experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I had an emergency situation come up and needed a dermatologist fast. I had called 4 other dermatologist offices in my area and Advanced Dermatology was the only office that was able to fit me in. The others required a new patient appointment, that could only be scheduled 2-3 months out. Im grateful that they were able to do this, but wish that they hadnt. I showed up about 20 minutes early, knowing I had to fill out paper work. I was finally called back 25 minutes after my original scheduled appointment time, not from the time I got there. Not to bad, considering I was "fit in." After speaking with the nurse for about 5 minutes, explaining why I was there, I waited for 40 minutes in the room for the doctor to come in. Thats over an hour after my initial scheduled appointment. When he finally came in, he spent all of 5 minutes with me and wanted to treat my acne as well. I told him I did not want to be treated for my acne, only this other situation. He seemed to get frustrated with this, but moved on and told the nurse what steps we were going to take to get my issue resolved. Then he and the nurse left the room. I then waited another 15 minutes for the nurse to come back in and tell me how much my out of pocket would be and asked if I wanted to move forward. I said yes. After another 20 minutes, the doctor finally came back in and provided treatment. Needless to say, I will not be going back. Nor would I suggest this place. I wrote this whole review while pacing the room they had put me in. I kept a running time stamp of how long I waited each time someone left. I spent over 2 hours in this place, not including the additional time for when I arrived early. There is never a reason to keep someone in a room and from treatment for 2 hours. 2 hours for all of 20 minutes of doctor/nurse/patient interaction. Not to mention the TV they have in the room, played the same 10 minute ad for a chemical peel on repeat. Please take the time and find someone else.

Ive never met a nicer Doctor than Dr. Agha, or a man for that matter, that is as amazing as is his excellant staff. I recommend him highly for anyone who is in need of a Dermatolgist...he did a great job with my problem and Im sure he will with yours. He, along with all his office staff / assistants were more than anyone could ask for. Everyone in the office is caring and go out of their way to make people lower their anxiety and make a scary situation much less so. The concessions he made for me went above and beyond what any other Doctor would do to ensure my cancer was removed, even going as far as coming to one of his offices close to my home that was closed for the day to take a second sample and having it sent to the lab that day. It cameback "clean" and he closed my wounds with a skin graft the very next day. I cant recommend him enough and would never go to an other Dermatogist for any problem that need the assistance for one.....a top notch Doctor and Staff (Amber, Kelsey and Janet)!!!!!!! You cant go wrong with him and I was blessed to find him....thank you Dr. Agha for everything youve done for me...I cant tell you how much I appreciate it...Jim Quarto

We have visited this doctor twice and both experiences were terrible. First time after two hours wait doc came in for two mins offered to test my son with his herb solution without given clear explaination on whats the treatment. When we inquired further he was irritated by our questions. Second time he didnt even bother to review the prior notes about my sons sensitive skin history and offered to do invisive treatments right away and when we remind him that he has sentive skin doc simply ignore it and told us that his sensitive condition is "unlikely to occur, and if he does than there is no doc in the world will be able help him" even though he examined his condition during the first visit. This is beyond unprofessional!! Will not go back or recommend him to anyone else. Stay away if you can!!

Read the Facebook comments posted to the page too. People are having problems with these people. Staff members lied to me about a mistake and a policy that they made up the morning I showed up. After several weeks of asking them to follow up with my insurance and return my payment they couldnt get it done until my husband and I got very direct and told hem we wouldnt stand for it anymore. Taking a $100 from a client can be a mistake but not returning it and not following up with insurance is unacceptable. Its awful that in the span of 10 minutes you have two staff members contradicting your policy and the story. Just because you used to be good doesnt mean you still are! The Dr was pleasant but only 2% of of experience was spent with the dr. Your staff are overwhelming ignorant.

This place was a joke. The exams rooms felt "unclean". The male "Dr." that we saw never looked at my teenager for her acne. He walked in, looked at her file, told his nurse what to do and tried to walk out until I cornered him. I was APPALLED. He never asked what type of medication she had been prescribed in the past or what we had tried or what we were doing for this malady..it was as if he was afraid to even make eye contact with either of us. When I did manage to corner him by getting between him and the door with my questions he seemed irritated and was extremely rude. EXTREMELY rude. My child was so upset and confused by his behavior that she was shaking and had a stomach ache when we left. Ive never been treated so poorly in my life. I will NEVER go back.

I have been seeing Dr. Agha for more than 15 years and he is amazing. In 2012 I was in the office with my daughter and he looked at my arm and noticed I had skin cancer. Again I will say my daughter was the patient at the time. He advised me to make an appointment and sure enough the test was positive. A small spot the size of a pea was the size of a silver dollar under the skin. The surgery was almost painless and you cant even see the scar. I can never thank you enough Dr Agha for your amazing personality,caring and knowledgeable which saved me a lot of pain and scaring. You and your staff are truly a blessing!!!

So they sent me a letter saying that my child would no longer be a patient there due to "disrespecting the doctor and staff". Which is comical because I praised the staff over and over telling them they deserved better jobs than working with that racist doctor!! Wish I could post the letter in the comments because it was so funny!! I raised my voice Yes! I begged and pleaded for him to help my son Yes! All from at least 6 feet away. Guess his 6ft 200+lb self felt threatened by a 5ft crying mom telling him he wasnt doing his job!! Trust me I had no intentions on EVER EVER returning there!! Lol
