It was very professional very peaceful and very fashionable. As I wrote down my name for my acne appointment which was at 3:15 and I arrived at 2:45 so I had to wait while I was waiting there were up to date magazines and brochures on what other treatments you can do which was interesting to read. I looked at my phone and it was 3:14 and one of the workers called for my name right on time. I followed her she was very polite and answered all my questions we enter the room and I sat down she began to asks the questions on why Im here and so on. Then when finished she spoke Jennifer would be in shortly and i thanked her. Not even 5 minutes had passed and there was a knock I said come in she opens the door and greets me and introduces herself and asks why I made an appointment I told her and she explained what I need to do and also gave me a coupon for what I needed and asked me if there was anything else I said no thank you. Then she left and the other lady wrote a prescription and sent it to my pharmacy and after that I was done free to leave! When I checked my phone it was not even 3:25! Over all was great!

Dr Ridge and her Nurse Nancy have practiced Dermatology as a team for over 20 years. Dr. Ridge is the only dermatologist in town last time I checked. They accept more insurance carriers than most doctors. If you have skin, you just need an appt for anything skin, cancer screening, allergy tests, surgery, what is this bump? This office is well staffed efficiently administered.

Dr. Ridge made me wait an hour before speaking with me. I had to call back 3 times after my appointment in order to get a mediation filled because it was not submitted to the pharmacy correctly
