The appt time was met on time. The office courtesy was performed efficiently Friendly, but professional. Attending assistant was friendly, accurate, efficient. Lauren was in quickly, refreshed her memory on my chart and history, professional, showed courtesy. She performed procedure, explained procedure and treatment plan. She went over followup plan.
