My daughter just had one of the WORST experiences in a doctors offices she could have ever thought possible. Stawiski was in the room with her for not even 5 minutes. He didnt bother to examine her skin. He threw an off the cuff diagnosis at her, and then pushed a prescription at her. He failed to ask questions about the condition, nor to field any of her questions. She also had a bad experience when trying to schedule an appointment, as they were extremely rude and hung up on her. I am beyond livid about the lack of professionalism at this office and I will be contacting MESSA/BCBS to advise them of this situation. NO ONE should accept a referral to this office!

My experience was quick and easy all around. I had not been to the dermatologist in 15+ years, but I wanted to check some concerning spots. Dr. Hawley saw me promptly after I went into the exam room, answered my questions clearly, and froze off two small spots on the side of my face. She suggested an annual check-up and I was on my way. Total time in the office was under 30 minutes.

I was scheduled for removal of a skin cancer, but somehow the visit location got confused, and I was supposed to be at the Jenison office this morning. I am disabled and use the Go Bus system. One of the wonderful nurses there DROVE me to the Jenison location and waited while I had the procedure, then drove me back! Bless them, this is a CARING, good bunch of people.

Office is not friendly at all! I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience -- when they were the ones running 45 minutes behind! Doctor barely even looked at me and didnt even listen to what I had to say. He just wrote me a script and walked out the door. I had to find my own way out of their maze of an office will never go back.

I feel like it was a waste of time. I didnt get the proper care I needed and instead was shoved away with the same prescriptions for ointments I have been using for more than 5 years and its only gotten worse. I did my own research, made an appointment to an allergist, and chose a different doctor and I finally have some relief.

The doctor didnt even bother to examine my skin and I was prescribed a medicine that did nothing to help. Overall, I wasted over $100 there. I am so annoyed and frustrated with the service at this office. I wish there was an option to give them no stars because they are very unprofessional.

Two visits with two misdiagnoses in 6 months. Do not waste your money or time here. 3rd visit to a PA at another office with correct diagnoses and relief........"buyer beware"....See someone who actually listens during an exam.
