I arrived early to fill out paper work. My appointment was at 9:10, at 9:50 I went back up the window to find out when I would be s een. The very same girl that checked me in, took my photo ID and had my paper work then ask me when my appointment was. I told her 9:10. Rather than making sure that people were being seen in the proper order and at their appointed time she was sitting there eating a grapefruit. She went to the back then came back and said they were getting a room ready and would be right out. The door immediately opened and I was taken to room #6. I waited their for an additional 15 min before finally walking out as I was told by the young lady who left me chilling in the room that she would be right back with the DR/NP......

Bad bad place. This lady took me to room#4 and told me a nurse practitioner will see me instead of a dermatologist. First of all, am I paying a specialist copay to see a nurse practitioner? No disrespect but I would have just gone to minute clinic or Kroger clinic. So I asked her why not real doctor ??? She responded back to me in a very sarcastic tone that Nurse practitioner and doctor are equivalent ...Say whatttt? lol I was like fine np. I waited in room for little over an hour from 8 AM to 9:10 AM and nobody showed up. I had worst experience, customer service is rude and non-polite. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

BAD BAD BAD service. my wife sick cold cough and throat. I give her medicine buy in pharmacy and she late wake up and miss appointment with this clinic. she call nice to asking if she can re schedule but the first word from customer service is ok we will charge you $25 fee and next appointment is...,and you know so many people want to wait for appointment if no show still charge unless you go to doctor and have paper from your doctor that you sick and send it to us and we will not charge you. this clinic unbelievable. me and my wife never come back to this place again. customer service is rude. I am not recommend this clinic.
