Worst patient care EVER. They would not see me after being 15 minutes late to my appt. Now I acknowledge that I was late to my appt. I understand that and could have been avoided if I thought to ask exactly where I was going when making it. However spending 15 minutes trying to find the location was NOT my fault. There are NO signs that say what suite the place is located when you walk in the building. Google says #204B. That is not correct. I tried calling twice, pressed 2 to speak to an operator, went to voicemail. Did not have any assistance to tell me where to go. Also had 3 kids with me as well during this ordeal. When I explained that I was blindly searching the building for them, they tell me I need to reschedule. No thank you. This place is a 30 minute drive from me. Ill be sure to find some place that truely cares for their patients!!

Dr. Styron was prompt, she inspected my problem areas and clearly explained what her recommended course of treatment would be. I left with free samples of the products she recommended and discount coupons for the prescriptions. My appointment was for 8:45am. I arrived at 8:30, knocked out the new patient paperwork in the waiting room, and Im sitting in my car writing this review at 8:57am!

Not customer friendly at all. Doctor barely spends any time talking with you and looking at your problem. The entire staff seems to not care about helping you. They act like they are doing me a favor by returning my call, if they do. They did not even remove my stitches correctly, and seem to care less about my problems now that they have their procedure and billing done. HORRIBLE.

Dr. Styron spent very little time with me and did not even examine my skin. She would not even address all of my issues and said I should have scheduled a longer appt. even though I described all of my issues when I made the appt. She prescribed medications (none of which worked) and rushed me out the door! A total waste of my time. Never going back there again!

I read some of the negative reviews before booking my appointment. However my experience was very positive. The front desk team was friendly and courteous. I was called back to the exam room 5 mins before my appointment time. There was no wait in the exam room. Great experience!

I would not recommend anyone going to them! Specially to get facial peels, outrageous prices. she took not even 3 minutes t do my facial peel and charged me over 100 dollars! what the F--K! total rip off> Save your money and go some where else! Dont give them business!

Dr was great but found a precancerous patch on my chest, was supposed to schedule a full body follow up but they couldnt get me in for 4 months. Called to get my daughter in for a wart on her finger but they couldnt get her in for 2 months....really?!

Showed up a few minutes early to my appointment; waited in the waiting room an hour and a half. Took 2 hours to be seen by the doctor for a simple issue. And appointments are made over a month in advance. Not going back there.
