Bad bad place. This lady took me to room#4 and told me a nurse practitioner will see me instead of a dermatologist. First of all, am I paying a specialist copay to see a nurse practitioner? No disrespect but I would have just gone to minute clinic or Kroger clinic. So I asked her why not real doctor ??? She responded back to me in a very sarcastic tone that Nurse practitioner and doctor are equivalent ...Say whatttt? lol I was like fine np. I waited in room for little over an hour from 8 AM to 9:10 AM and nobody showed up. I had worst experience, customer service is rude and non-polite. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

BAD BAD BAD service. my wife sick cold cough and throat. I give her medicine buy in pharmacy and she late wake up and miss appointment with this clinic. she call nice to asking if she can re schedule but the first word from customer service is ok we will charge you $25 fee and next appointment is...,and you know so many people want to wait for appointment if no show still charge unless you go to doctor and have paper from your doctor that you sick and send it to us and we will not charge you. this clinic unbelievable. me and my wife never come back to this place again. customer service is rude. I am not recommend this clinic.

I felt I was rushed out without the doctor listening to me when I tried to describe my skin problems. Apparently he thought he could just look at the rash and tell what it was. He said he didnt think it was fungal and prescribed an incredibly expensive steroid cream. A week later the rash had spread as I knew it would and gotten very aggressive. I was miserable. I went to a different, more qualified doctor and was told it was, without a doubt, fungal and that I should look for a different derm, which is advice I will be taking.

I called for an appointment and wanted to be seen quickly but as a new patient it would be a while. They put me on their cancellation list but I didnt have high hopes. They called me the next day and saw me that afternoon!!!!! Beautiful office and extremely friendly staff. Appointment from start to finish only took 45 min including filling out my paperwork. Thank you Louisville Dermatology!!

Drs dont listen to what the patients say they need. Also, they need to get into modern times and offer an online option to pay bills! Know thy patients needs!
