Visited there for acne. Got prescriptions, and followup appointments made. Two things: 1. The doctor did not send prescriptions immediately after visit but waited till end of that day, wasted my trip to pick up medicine on the way from the clinic. Never have such late experience with a doctor before. Maybe this is dermatologist only? 2. The prescribed medicine caused allergy on the very first day (painful and swollen skin). Called the Mason office a couple of times, and the receptionist replied the doctor will call me to follow up. However, there is NO one calling, now already for one week, literally. Glad to stop taking medicine without waiting their doctors follow up call, otherwise, serious trouble can be.
