I had laser treatment for rosacea done at this facility. This place is considerable workable with payment arrangements (nonchalant in fact) , and laser treatment is a bit cheaper than other facilities. The reason I only give it a "2" isnt because of the doctors and medical staff but because of the shrew that was working the front desk. She became argumentative over payment even though I had previously worked out a payment arrangement. She actually told me that I didnt have a tab or line of credit there. She continued to argue with me, demand payment, and wouldnt let it go. Of course, I called the doctor later and complained about the persons attitude. On a subsequent visit, the same shrew is there, but someone else takes the paperwork so it is not given to her (quite obviously, too). The shrew had the audacity to shoot me a dirty look. So, I got back in contact with the office again and complained. The womans behavior at the front desk was very rude and uncalled for. I dont think the facility management took it seriously enough. Next time, I plan on putting the b!tch back in her place.
