Super bummed! I wish I would of read the reviews on Google, yelp and everywhere else before going here. I got caught up in the ease of making an appointment thru ZocDoc which stated the Dentist was great. Well it wasnt, it was terrible. Ive always had great teeth, no cavities and just all around love going to the dentist for cleaning. NuSmile is only out for $$$, they pushed and pushed needing a full debridement b/c my gums bled a bit, my gums have always bled and she took the hook thing and went back to make them bleed more so they could take pictures for "insurance" BOLOGNA. I didnt even get to see the doctor my appointment was with (Nadiya ONeal). I saw someone different for less than 4 minutes and he said my teeth looked great and cleaning would be good and his hygienist kept urging him to say full debridement, which was my first red flag. Then Im told the insurance consultant Jackie will come in, well here she comes...and I need to pay $1000 for this procedure and a mouth guard! I said No, I just want my teeth cleaned and Jackie says well since you cant afford it!!!!! Excuse me! I can afford it lady I just dont trust you yet and out of no where I have some gum disease and blah blah...so she leaves and here comes the hygienist...pushing again, taking items off to reduce the cost. My NO was not good enough..finally after saying no for a fifth time, im told ill need to sign a waiver, then im told its illegal for them to give me a normal cleaning, then when I say Im leaving...here comes the" well you can sign the waiver, its just a grey area" and the icing on the cake was her telling me if I go somewhere else they may tell me I am fine and do the cleaning!!! Hmmmm...I was so uncomfortable and pressured that I finally just sat up and starting taking the napkin off and walked out. It is so sad that healthcare is just out for money instead of taking care of you. All of my dentists in the past were in the room for half the cleaning and took their time. It was apparent that the money spent at this office goes to the plastic surgery and botox they all have. The insurance lady Jackie was telling me she was going for her tummy tuck..Get out of here! Do your self a favor and dont go here. I dont even think the dentist I was scheduled to see works there and it would of been nice to know ahead of time I wouldnt be seeing her. I would like to say that one of the reciptionists, Denise was truly pleasant and kind. The rest were fake and their friendliness was fake. I hate having to find new healthcare providers in new area, people make it so hard to trust their intentions. Ill be interested to see what the next dentist says.

I went in for my appointment on Saturday and I would have to say it is the last time I will be going to your office. The hygienist I had was not usually at this location and it showed. Every time he needed something he had no idea where it was in the office. He actually had to go through every drawer multiple times. My appointment that should have taken no more than 30-45 minutes took well over an hour. In addition to this he was trying to get me to take X-rays (which I had done there in August). I have never been to a dentist where they want X-rays this often and his only explanation was that "my insurance covers it for once a year". I still said no and then got a lecture on how the radiation given off by these is less than a broken bone one would be. I went to college, I dont need a dental hygienist lecturing me about radiation as an attempt to get me to do x-rays. To add to this the actual cleaning was torture. My gums were bleeding by the end of it and I was in horrible pain so bad I had to take an advil when I got home. The icing on the cake was him putting fluoride on my teeth and then being told when I was checking out that it is not covered by my insurance. I am hopping I do not get billed out of pocket for that as I am not paying for someone elses mistake. Needless to say I will not be going back to this dentist of any affiliated offices ever again. I felt like rather than being a patient that they cared about, I was just another number that they were trying to get money out of. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE other than here!!!

Great office. I had a grossly decayed bottom left wisdom tooth that hurt intensely all the time. They gave me a free consult & told me how much it would & when I came in, the price didnt change like most other dental places I dealed with! Even though I couldnt get any care credit or other credit card financing due to me having no credit, Financing still was honest & she told me I could just get my wisdom teeth taken out one at a time which NOBODY else offered me so I started with my worst & now I am going to save up so I can hopefully either get 2 out next time or knock all 3 of them out. When thats all over with, I will continue to go here for general dentistry like fillings and whatnot & I am actually gonna buy dental insurance so me & my mom & brother can all go here too!! The front desk & finance ladies are very friendly! Dr Greer & the assistant did very well working on my very horrible tooth! Prescribed me plenty of medicine (which I forgot to mention I cant swallow pills) but I am working around it! They played great music while I was getting worked on which distracted me about 75% of the time. It didnt take long at all. They have a cool waiting room with the best coffee maker lol. As long as they keep their current staff & dont change ANYTHING then they just gained a patient for life. Awesome place ❤

Extremely unethical practice please do not go here! I have had the worst experience with this place, they do negligent work that upon second and third opinions by other dentists has been confirmed. They not only do procedures utterly wrong and negligently but they tell you things are wrong with your oral health that arent just to charge you more. For example saying you need a deep cleaning as opposed to a regular cleaning so they can charge you $1,000 for it. I later found out my gums are fine and I never needed a special cleaning! That is just one example, I have an extensive list of damage they caused and lies they told that I wont go into here. Other dentists cannot believe the unethical conduct of this practice when they have to fix the damage this dental practice has caused. I can go on and on about the wrong doing of this place but really Im not posting this review to complain but just to let others know about what a disaster this place is. There are plenty of other dentists out there please save yourself the undo stress, frustrations, money and physical damage this practice causes. They dont even deserve one star I wish I could give negative stars.
