I have been a patient here for a number of years hoping to get my mouth back to normal. Every member of the staff is very nice and kind. However since I began being seen here my teeth just get more and more sensitive. I have mentioned this to staff as well as being a sensitive person overall. My mentions of sensitivity resulted in a few bite adjustments by grinding away tooth surfaces and I was also given a mouth guard for nighttime (even though my teeth were not showing wear consistent with grinding). I had to get a root canal redone and now waiting for the 2nd? or 3rd? crown for that tooth to come in. I want to give them a chance to make things better because I do feel like they want to be better but there is only one hygienist that I will see there as the rest leave me in pain for days after a cleaning. Currently I am not able to eat without some pain. Once I get the replacement crown, I will be changing dentist because I feel this office is just not a good fit for me and my sensitivity needs.

the best staff i have ever met in a medical office! the ladies are always super friendly and act as if they have known me forever. Dr. Nguyen remembers each conversation we have even if i havent been in six months we start our conversations right where we left off which is nice knowing they genuinely care about you, remembering you & your stories. they were also super willing to help me get my money back from my insurance and understanding. recommend them to anyone!
