I had the worst exsperience! I made my husband and myself an appointment over a month ago. After speaking with several employees to verify they took my insurance they assured me they did. I went in for my appointment filled out my paperwork, gave them my insurance information. The lady at the front desk asked me to fill out my husbands as well before he got there. I gave her my ID AND insurance card. The lady waited about 15 minutes and then going on explaining to me they do not take my insurance(Humana). She then told me I would have to paid out if pocket for the visits. After leaving I called back and spoke with the office manager, all she could say is someone else makes appointments when they cant and she was sorry. That they took my insurance but wasnt in network with them. Needless to say we will not be returning nor referring friends.

Always a wonderful experience, I cannot recommend this office enough! The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, the hygienists and assistants are very kind, professional and informative. We don’t feel like just a number in a chart, they take the time to build good rapport. My daughter sees Dr. Wellman and he is always very good-natured and patient. I really appreciate that he actually listens to his patients too. Prior to Family Dental Care, we had gone to a national chain dental office and it was the total opposite of the personalized care we now receive. I am so glad we made the switch!

Ive had a lot of dental work done in the past with several different dentists and this is one of the best dental experiences Ive had! Upon arrival the staff is warm, very friendly and inviting! Seeing that I was cold and about to put on a jacket I bought with me, the hygienist bought me a warm blanket! The dentist was professional, very knowledgeable and honest. Would definitely recommend for all of your dental needs!!
