Unfortunately we trusted McMillen dental to be not just a service provider but a reliable and trustworthy doctor cabinet but all came down when they reminded and set a check up visit the last days of the year and we ended up paying the whole amount of service provided as the insurance paid control visit was already executed by them the same year. Just the courtesy of postopinig that visit for 8 days would have saved us $ 184. We really have felt like customers not patient and absolutely not like family as they would like to intent the relationship to be built upon. Extremely disappointed but clearly our fault to have trusted a service provider that has in mind to fill in the agenda a make money from their customers (not patients).

I cannot say enough positive things about McMillen Dental. The staff is incredibly kind and professional to my husband and me but even more impressive with my children. We look forward to seeing them for our cleanings and not once have my children been afraid or complained about any procedures they have had done. Dr. Rhonda and her team use the latest technology and natural products whenever possible which I value as a mother. Their scheduling and timeliness with appointments is also excellent as I do not have time to be sitting in waiting rooms. Thank you McMillen for exceptional service!

Absolutely amazing! Were from out of town and my 6 year old son had a horrible toothache due to a cavity. The tooth needed to be removed. Dr. Rhonda and her staff were unbelievable. They took such great care of my son. She has many things geared for children like several fruit scented breathers for the nitrous and a headset with goggles that plays a movie for the kids so they dont have to see whats going on and be scared. I only wish she was closer to home so she could be our family dentist. If you have kids she is a must.

My family and I drive 45 minutes to come to McMillen Dental because Dr. Rhonda and her staff are Fabulous!!!!! My son Vincent has had numerous cavities and he is excited instead of scared to have Dr. Rhonda put in his fillings. Thanks you for being such a blessing in my families life!!!!!

I had a problem with my last dentist, I knew something was wrong and when I switched to McMillen I was astonished at the friendly atmosphere, the cookies and coffee they have, and the ability to make dental work so much more comfortable. Im not dreading the dentist anymore.

Dr. Steigerwald is very caring. She comforts you and reassures you that you dont have anything to worry about when you are under her care. Also she always makes sure that you are ready for what she is going to be doing. She never does anything sudden or unexpected.
