The front desk receptionist was on something else she was no putting atención on what she was doing. I got there at 11:45 , after me 3more people got there and guess what they were see first , and me still waiting so I got up and went to the front desk and ask when was I going to be called and with out even cheking she said we will call you next so a sat Down and two more people pass so I went once again and said can you check I think you skipped me and a lady behind her said "they have appointments "and I said I had a appointment at 12:00 and it was all ready passed 1pm and finally they checked and the HAD SKIPPED ME so they said "if you want there a room for you" but you would have to pay your copay and I said Im here for a physical exam and they said oh ok then you dont have to pay you should be good which you insurance but by that time I had a really BAD headache really bad front desk person!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Doctor didnt seem to understand how to explain what was going on or the procedure he was trying to do. Incredibly frustrating. Put me in a lot of pain without giving any pain killers before hand and almost did not listen to me. They gave me antibiotics & "pain killers" that do absolutely NOTHING for my pain. Im an at-home mom with a 1 year old and a 2 year old and I NEED to be able to walk around if not run, in order to catch my kids. When we called to try and get a REAL pain killer, they had the gall to say I needed to come in AGAIN, as if they had completely forgotten my entire case. Absolutely rude on the phone to my husband and uncaring of their patients. Will not go back, ever.

Horrible place. Had some labs done, never shared results. Asked twice. Had an ear issue, never cleared up. Called them back the first time, spoke with a receptionist who took all my info. They never called back. Called them back again and they suggested I go to emergency room. PA went as far as placing me on speaker so everyone could hear me refuse to go emergency room. Said would refill rx, never called them in. Would suggest you spend a few minutes and find another clinic. If you go, be prepared to fend for yourself in the event the issue is not resolved. They simply are of no use.

Had a really good experience. No one would take my insurance. They did a great job helping me call my insurance company to switch providers. Had a problem with proscription being sent over and Chrissy was amazing and just called the pharmacy herself to fix the problem. Dr I had was very nice too. Thanks!

Its unfortunate that this clinic is so difficult to have as a primary care facility. The doctors and staff here are quite wonderful and very educated in medicine, this clinic only allows walk-ins however and its not exactly the kind of waiting room you want to be in for several hours.

AWFUL I spent THREE HOURS HERE before I even spoke to a doctor!! Ridiculous because they werent even busy, only like 3 people in front of me so they are an extremely unproductive clinic. Please dont waste your time coming here.
