Review for Clinica de Comunidad (not Medical Clinic in Richardson). . . Clinica de Comunidad is associated with Medical Clinic in City of Richardson. Clinica de Comunidad doesnt have a place for google review so Im using its sister office in Richardson to write this. So I used UHC phone for Doctor Lydia Njamfa to make an appointment in Irving. I live in Irving and I want a doctor that lives near me. According to UHC, her office is where Clinica de Comunidad is at in Irving. They ended up making the appointment at the sister office in Richardson (Medical Clinic), and I didnt know this until I went to Clinica de Comunidad where they said they didnt have a reservation. Total waste of a day off. So I reserve with Clinica for next week to see a new doctor because apparently even though MD Lydia is referenced with this Irving office, she doesnt practice here or something. Thats fine though. I just want a doctor near where I live. So I get to Clinica de Comunidad the following week 10 minutes ahead of appointment time. Thats no big deal either, because youre supposed to arrive 15 or 20 minutes earlier than what your appointment reads. Get this . . . I wait an HOUR after my reservation time to finally see the doctor. That means this place overbooks. So they want me to reschedule to see the doctor again the two weeks after that (the doctor was fantastic by the way. I have to be honest). They end up scheduling me to come see that doctor I liked, I arrive, and lo and behold theyve scheduled me on a weekday when there are no doctors. Another waste of time and car fuel! To conclude, if you dont mind wasting your time and driving all the way to this office a couple of times without seeing the doctor, check out MD Lydia Njamas office in city of Irving. Although their staff is nice, they very well might mess your schedule up!

Great doctors but they need to change the front desk staff.. they are rude everytime I call to get my childs info.
