The facility was very clean and nice but I spent two hours there trying to be seen by a NP.The biggest part of the hold up was that they continued to tell me that they would take my insurance and after the receptionist and myself spent over over an hour phone they told me I could be seen and then take care of the insurance issue when the visit was over. The problem with the insurance it turns out was that Sun + Surf cant be considered as a Primary Care Physician with BCBS (I assume because there is no doctor on site) but they are unaware and what was supposed to be $75 at most out of my pocket, turned into $225. They followed up to see how I was doing 5 days later and when I told them I still feel bad and my medication had run out they suggested I come back again (paying cash with no offer to discount it). My biggest problem is that no one there knows whats going on with insurance and in the time I spent wasting time on that in their office, I could have gone to another clinic that did take my insurance and I wouldnt have been out of pocket to pay for medical bills that I wont be reimbursed for now because I was seen at an out of network clinic. The staff was very polite and kind, just very disappointed that it was a $200 expense because I believed the staff when they said that they would ultimately be able to take my insurance.

Go elsewhere, unless youre dying...... and if you are dying, these people wont help anyway! Horrible front office, horrible back office...... Just plain bad service! Find a witch doctor, youll be better off!!!

I have gone to this facility for over two years. I have found the staff to be very competent. I have no complaints at all. The nps are very thorough and explain everything very well.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. They did all they could to alleviate the problem I was having with my ear. I can hear again!

Friendly staff, wrote 4 prescriptions for simple poison ivy, which I found to be a little excessive. Last time I had it, I was only prescribed one.
