I have been going to this clinic for a number of years and have always experienced great, caring professional medical care here! Even during busy times, like Mondays and holidays, they have always worked to get me in to see the doctor. Whenever Ive needed to see a specialist they always find someone who is not only great in their specialty, but is also a great doctor to work with! The caring and professionalism of Ms. Patel and everyone there is outstanding. Everyone there calls me by my name and thats always a sign they care! They stay in direct phone contact to always give me test results and remind me of appointments! From my experience with the people here you would be hard pressed to find a better, more caring family clinic anywhere!

I work downtown so I thought I would give this place a try. I called made an appointment over my lunch. When I arrived for my appointment the waiting room was full, so full it looked like a county health department. I asked the patient coordinator if she knew how long it would be as I am on lunch. She told me "I have no idea". Really? I have to make an apt so I can sit. What is the point of appointments? If you are going to be a walk in clinic then fine, but dont accept appointments. I told her to forget it. Never will be back. Poor, poor, poor customer service.

I have been going to Plaza Medical Center for almost 20 years and they are awesome! So kind and professional. One stop shop! Theyve dealt with my various issues expertly and compassionately. Allergy therapy has changed my life.....I work downtown so its super convenient and they validate parking. On site pharmacy is the best! Theyre busy but always make time to hear and understand the problem without feeling rushed. Ive recommended them to many friends and colleagues and never heard a complaint.

The Staff and Patel are the GREATEST!! They work together so well. I drive an HOUR to come to this office. Its worth every mile and minute I have to sit in traffic. I dont know how they see has many people as they do and still make sure that you are taken care of. The pharmacy on site is just like extra cherries on the sundae!! Thank you to everyone from the front desk ladies, to the guy that takes my blood (gets it on the 1st try EVERYTIME) to Patel for everything yall do!!

Thank you Plaza Medical Centre for being downtown. This is a clinic where everyone is friendly and makes me feel like i am their only patient. The girls at the front are always smiling and the nurse are great. Ms Patel takes the time to listen and answers all my questions. I would not go anywhere else and would recommend this clinic to everyone.

S. Patel is the best!. After gallbladder surgery I was still in severe pain. Went to GI specialist under went expensive test after test and no relief. I gave up on my GI doc. I visited Patel started me and all meds. I feel darn Great! I am truly grateful for her knowledge.

The downtown location is just... ok. Wait times are not too long, which is good. The downside is I feel they just try to get you in and out quickly without getting to know your health. They dont ask many questions and sometimes forget to fill out forms you may need for work.

Plaza Medical Center is a great friendly place for medical care. The providers are great! It is conveniently located in downtown close to work and like that you can get all services like xrays, bloodwork, sonograms and get your prescriptions there too!
