Dealing with claims and billing with Laura is the absolute THE worse!!! She has poor customer service skills. She answers the phone rude and abrasively. She spoke with me in a fashion that is totally unacceptable. We literally had an argument on the phone over a claim that she had not even submitted yet. I thought I was doing her a favor to let her know the Insurance company had not received the claim, after she told me she had sent it when we had spoke on 1/17/17. Then, she says she had not sent it in. So, why are you sending me a bill for 145.00. And, asking me to call my insurance company to find out why they are not paying what they owe. I am all for insurance paying what is due to the doctor. Dr. Malone the BEST!!! Stay clear from Laura. She is the only reason I rated it a 1 star.

I have to say thank you to Dr. Malone. He helped me find out that Im a diabetic. Hes a very open and friendly doctor who makes you feel like hes one of your family members.
