Very disappointed with my experience with them today. My child is 2 years old, I had previously seen Ms. Gisela when my baby was a newborn, she is great! I remember her being very sympathetic and caring. My son seemed to be experiencing some type of allergic reaction today. No breathing issues, just a rash all over and I wanted the nurses opinion of what to use. He previously had private insurance when we first came here 2 years ago + medicaid. Now he only has medicaid. As soon as I walked in (2:43p) the receptionist says "were closed!" Sign says they close at 3 but whatever. I asked politely, would it be possible to schedule an appointment for as soon as you have availability? She then asks "what insurance does he have and who is the pcp?" To which I told her he has medicaid and his current pediatrician is not that great, we live here it would more convenient. My son isnt feeling too good and I think its an allergic reaction" she told me well, call medicaid and change the pcp or take him to the ER" really?!? I dont know. Maybe she was tired, irritated or ready to go home...but so was I. And my son just needed help. I will not be back here again nor recommend them. Sadly, not because of the practitioners but because of the rudeness of the front office staff.

Employees are nice but service is very slow. If I had an appointment at 9, I wouldnt be seen until 11:30-12. Every time I go, they say I dont have insurance (I do) then I have to call the insurance company for them to verify that I indeed do...which wastes about twenty minutes. When I call to schedule an appointment, its an operator, and I never get a call back. So I continue to call throughout the week and STILL do not get an answer. I feel like Im going to have to go their in person to get some service. Needs improvement.

Just changed from bad clinic to here and Ive called them to make am appointment, theres no one taking calls, just am answering machine. Says if need make appointment, leave a detailed message w/name &number. Ive done this 4 times over a period of 1 and a half weeks, no one has called me back. Stupid thing I did to change here for my son.

AVOID! This is the worst clinic ever! The "Rosie" its straight rude she forgot we pay her. the waiting time is just plain ridiculously. Never you will be taken at the time of your appointment. I will say avoid this place at all cost!
