I have been suffering from an permanently enlarged eye, and it is dilated.I have never met him. I can barley see out of my left eye, at the age of 63.I am also a notary..I waited about a month to see him. I have 2 doctors who have been seeing me. my cataract and retina doctor. I was hoping he could help.I saw him in February. I waited in his office an extra while. Got called in. the assistant interviewed me. I dont know in about 20 minutes or so the doctor came in.He did look at my eye. I had my information about the eye specialists who treated me,so he could get records,do what ever he needed to do. there were 4 names of eye doctors, When he came in.He looks at it. He is like "wow this is a lot" ." these are good doctors, who know what they are doing". " I am good at what I do. " I went to school with one of them." he asked me "you got any questions?" I answered "yes, can you help me?" In A nut shell. he was typing. I got my list and embarrassed was escorted to the door by his assistant.just saying.

The staff didnt bother to inform me that they did not have my insurance information until my eyes were dilated and I couldnt make heads nor tails of anything. Charged me $75 for a routine eye exam when I have full coverage vision insurance. Ill NEVER be back if the staff doesnt get it together. Had to ask multiple times for my script and glad I finally got it. I did not get ANY receipt of any kind for my $75 bill.

Ive been a patient of dr. Milner for over 10 years. For myself and for my family, I look for medical specialists at the top of their field, and Dr. Milner certainly fits the bill. Absolutely five stars!

Dr. Milner is excellent, personable and caring. Trying to get prescriptions refilled through his staff took a while but eventually got taken care of.
