To start, my first visit took forever. I waited an hour before I even went it the room and then when I finally made it in, Dr Powells assistant Danyal was not very pleasant. Dr. Powell seems nice but only spends about 2 min in the room. So after my first appt and MRI Dr Powell scheduled me for epidural injections. I called a little over a week prior and had some questions for Danyal about the process and the plan because I just wanted to get all the facts and she couldnt have been more rude or unhelpful. The Dr was supposed to call me back and never did!! Well she apparently took the fact that I had questions as that I wanted to cancel because when I showed up to the Surgical center today for my procedure she had taken me off the schedule and they couldnt fit me in! Needless to say that I will NOT be going back, and I would recommend you find another Dr to go to

I have been on workers comp for 4 months now. My work sent me here to have my shoulder looked at and get an MRI. Well I saw them at the beginning of the month (June) and they still havent gotten the paper work to order an MRI through my workers comp! They are horrible about getting things done! The Doc said I needed to get an MRI so he ordered it but the problem is he only wrote that I needed the MRI he never put down for what body part I need the MRI for! Knowing it has been almost over a month in two days to have scheduled my MRI is ridiculous !! I WPULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS place to anyone EVER!! Thats my two cents with this company and employees and doctors! They dont care about you they just want there money! They make you feel like youre just a NUMBER! GO SOMWWHERE ELSE!!

Ive been seeing Dr Glogau for years and have never had any problems. The office staff are always courteous, the PAs are nice and Dr Glogau is the best. I have had to wait around at times but when you are getting an exam, X-rays, injections, and instructions, as are other patients, it takes time to get it right. Ive recommended him to several family members and they all feel the same way.

Weve seen several doctors at Orthotexas in Plano over the last five years. They are generally knowledgable, listen to what you have to say, and seem to have your well being in mind. It is sometimes challenging to get new patient or injury appointments and the doctors have schedules that are challenging to work around due to multiple offices and time set aside for procedures.

Forced to come here due to WC, they never keep an appointment time, had to wait 45 minutes to an hour each visit. The front desk staff is discourteous and unhelpful. The medical staff argue with patients. I could hear my Dr arguing with a patient in the room next to mine. Do not come here.

They suck. They do not keep appointment time. I came 15 minute earlier and had to wait 45 minutes. The doctor didnt even come into the room 30 minutes after they were late. Very rude support staff. I do not recommend.

Doctor Powell and Doctor McKenzie have both been excellent and their Assistants have also been great. They show genuine concern and care.
