7/26/2017. Had a 1:30 pm appointment today. Checked in at 1:15 pm, blond headed person at front desk said she would let them know I was there. 2:00 pm I asked if someone was there. This time when I asked, was informed that my appointment was cancelled. I never received notification from anyone at the office. She daid they left a mesage at my office Monday. However, I just left my office and there was no message Monday or otherwise. Great doctor, terrible front office staff.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Buford and his staff on 7/19/17. The front office ladies were friendly and professional; Dr. Bufords nurse was super nice and Dr. Buford is personable, has great beside manner and spent adequate time to explain Xray/MRI results. Its super convenient to have the xray and MRI done in the office; theres no need to go to a different floor or building. I must have waited 10 mins tops to be seen. Luckily, there was nothing wrong with my left knee.

He did a great job on my knee with stem cells. His only down fall is you cannot reach his office by phone , you get a machine and they rarely call you back. My insurance says if he would just send in his notes on why this was needed that they will pay for the procedure, problem is he will not send in the notes nor return my call.

although my hip is too far gone to fix, Dr Buford was very professional and up front. I really appreciate his candor and truthfulness. he could have just done the stem cell therapy and taken my money, but he told be the truth that it wouldnt help.
