Would not go here again. Brought my sons prescription here to get glasses. Hes 3. They didnt try to help us pick a good fitting pair. The tech just sat at the desk and barely spoke to us. Most of the glasses seemed too big but the ones my son wanted were extra loose. I was told they could be adjusted to fit better. We got the glasses the day we left for vacation and made 3 trips to get them adjusted that morning. They just didnt fit. Almost 2 weeks into our vacation we had to do something so we stopped at a eye care center in Utah. The owner had to seriously deform the glasses to get them to fit. He said whoever sold then to us must have not cared at all or had no clue what they are doing. There is no way these should have been in the kids section and the tech should have noticed and said they wouldnt work! I wish I could post a picture of how much they had to be bent. Worst 200 bucks Ive ever spent!

The receptionist told us a contact exam was included in our insurance. Well it wasnt, which they told us after we had already done the procedure and been charged. Then it turns out contacts arent even covered on our plan, which they knew all along! The doctor said that my eyes are fine but I have a very mild astigmatism. He said I could get glasses or not, no big deal.. so I said no. Then he sets me in front of the woman in charge of glasses and says yeah hell need a pair. What did I just say!? Then, of course, the glasses lady tries to quickly pick out the most expensive frames after telling us it will all be covered by insurance.. well it wasnt and she tried to charge us $50 per frame! Dont go here. All they want is your money. They dont care about your well being.

These other reviews on here are old. I have been going to TLEC since Dr Jessup had the practice. I was considering going somewhere else closer to home, but at my next appointment, a new doctor had taken over the practice. She was awesome! Her name is Dr Alison Jones. She answered all my questions, I didnt feel rushed, and was very personable. I have even taken my small, loud children there during my appointment and no one batted an eyelash. They also have a small kids area in the back. Her staff is great as well! Im a native English speaker but all of her staff speaks English and Spanish. They are all easy to understand. This has been several years now that she has taken over the practice. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Jones and her staff are professional, considerate and do a wonderful job getting busy professionals in and out. I actually really love this office. If I wanted "high end" frames, Ill go somewhere else but otherwise, Im completely satisfied with my many years with Dr. Jones.

I was very excited about this treatment. It is wonderful to be able to see without glasses. The first thing I did every morning before I got up was reach for my glasses and take them off the last thing every night. I hope I never have to go back to glasses.

6 visits, 2 lots of lenses, 2 exams and they still couldnt get the prescription right and it all took over a month and not one call from them. I had to follow up evey single time. Do not waste your time or money.

Eye exam went without a problem and the doctor was very friendly. Lenses came in but had a slight problem with the anti-reflective coating. They said it shouldnt be a problem and will replace them.
