This office is so wonderful to deal with. My husband and I see Dr. Weldon and cant say enough nice things about her and the staff. She saw in my chart that I had a new medical diagnosis, and asked me if my eyes were dry in the mornings - which was a symptom of the diagnosis - and gave me some samples and coupons for drops to help. Its that kind of proactive care that really made a difference to me. The staff takes the time to explain what your benefits will cover and even help you pick out frames, if you need an opinion. We have found our eye care professionals and will continue to be patients for as long as the office is in Cool Springs.

If I could give no stars I would. Beware!!!!! I was ask to come back in for a dilation and told I WOULD NOT be charged for this visit. On my first visit they found something with my eye and referred me to a specialist. When I came back in for the dilation. I was charged again for a full eye examine. When I ask about the charge I was told they rechecked my eye. Why was there a need to recheck when I was going to a specialist for that condition. It was to double charge me for the same service when I was told I WOULD NOT be charged. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Dr.Dunn is very patient, and he answered my questions in details. All other staff are all very friendly. I had my eye checked up and got my glasses prescription updated. The process took about 50 minutes. And they gave me the quote for lenses only after I asked. You will not feel pushed around to buy anything.

Awesome experience. Very friendly and courteous staff. Everything was explained to me including procedures, what my insurance covers and doesnt before anything was done so I wasnt hit with a big bill later. Dr Dunn was awesome with my 10 year old. Highly reccomend this office!

We have visited a few eye doctors in Franklin, and family vision is by far the best. Reasonable prices, honest and exceptionally friendly staff, and a great eye exam. Wonderful for both adults and children.
