Let me start by saying that my experience with my actual doctor was perfectly nice. She was very informative and kind, and the process ran smoothly and quickly. However, my experience with Dr. Norris who was acting as my receptionist was enough of a deterrent that I would not and will not recommend this place to 10 of my coworkers who work nearby and are also looking for a new eye doctor on our new company insurance. As my bill when checking out was triple the amount my insurance company (who I consulted ahead of time) told me it would be, I was admittedly upset, and when I asked for an explanation of the charges and why they differed from what I was told I would be charged based on my benefits, Dr. Norris was extremely condescending, saying things such as "well this is something most people would know" and "how long have you even been wearing contacts?" to imply that the fault was in my lack of knowledge, not their hidden addition of another service to my experience that was not part of a general exam. Even if I hadnt understood the bill or had come with no prior knowledge or research, thats definitely not a way to treat customers, particularly new ones if you want any retention or new business. As someone who works in health pr, its very natural for a consumer to question a charge on their bill, especially if that charge is a shock to them. At the conclusion of the conversation, I let Dr. Norris know that my experience would have been different were she a little more gracious in explaining my bill to me, and she immediately became defensive saying it was because I was "nasty" that she was responding the way she was. Outside of interacting with her as a receptionist, which doesnt seem to be in her wheelhouse, this place is perfectly fine place to see an eye doctor. Unfortunately, neither myself or anyone from my team will visit again.

As a newby to Nashville, I made an appointment at AccessorEyes Nashville for an eye exam. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Norris spent A LOT of extra time with me trying to find the perfect contact lens for my vision. She and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. When my mom was in town visiting, her sunglasses needed repairing. We stopped by AccessorEyes on a Saturday and they went out of their way to repair them even though she was not a client. Their office atmosphere is fun and welcoming. They always have the latest styles in both eye glasses and sunglasses. AccessorEyes is the place to go for your optometry and fashion eyewear needs. 5 out of 5 stars absolutely!

The staff is unfriendly and they had me come in for a contact lense fitting when the contacts had not came in yet. Then tried to have me come back the following day without knowing if they would for sure be there at that time. Luckily I had the foresight to have them call me after they arrived because they didnt get there till later that week. After all that I go in for the fitting and they want me to come back a week later before theyll give me my prescription. I cant even.. who has time for this nonsense? Not this guy. Rant over. I will say that my glasses prescription is better now than it was. Hence the extra ⭐️

Oh my... I was looking for a place to get some individual patient care... a place where I just did not feel like a number. I LOVE THIS PLACE. The atmosphere is very calm, peaceful and relaxed and the staff are super professional and nice. The doctor explained more to me about my eyes and the tests/ results than has ever been explained to me and I have worn glasses for 30+ years. A sweet young lady (do not recall her name) helped me pick out glasses and you could tell that she really enjoyed her work... not just trying to hurry me along. I am so excited to get my new glasses - 3 pairs ;-)

Incompetent doctor Norris...gave my husband a terrible exam over prescribed him...staff very rude,fake and lame. She finally made the script much closer to his original and that was a relief. She is very insincere and snippy when she feels like it...a total amateur. Dont be fooled by their nice location and free candies they have out front. All the good reviews must be from friends and a result of the online marketer of hers. Basically, Dr Norris stinks. Been wanting to write this for a while finally had the presence of mind to do so.

Not sure what the situation was with the seriously nasty negative review previously submitted was, but ive been a patient of Dr. Norris for more than 2 years, almost since she opened, and have nothing but positive things to say about her skills as an optometrist. She is warm, friendly, and kind to everyone she encounters. Her prices are reasonable, and the office is state of the art. My brother is an optometrist, so I know quite a few, and know what a bad egg is! She is good!

I love Dr. Norris! She is always welcoming, inviting, and we always share a few laughs. Her office is stunning. It has that upscale, chic feel but located in the middle of the laid back Gulch in Downtown Nashville. Her prices on frames by top designers are competitive and service is fantastic. In addition, Dr. Norris is great with my children during their exams. She even offers Saturday hours!

This was the best eye exam Ive ever had. The location is very convenient, Im pretty sure I met everyone in the office, and they were all very nice and professional. I loved that they didnt have to dilate my eyes. Totally worth $39. They were also on time. I was expecting to spend hours there, but I was in and out in less than one. Highly recommend.

Excellent eye doctor. Explained things to me about my eyes that previous doctors couldnt. Ive bought two pair of glasses here, both highly fashionable. They replaced scratched lenses under warranty which was the first time Ive ever done that. Specifically, they noticed the scratches and asked if I wanted them replaced.
