If I could give them a 0 I would. The absolute WORST glasses/ customer experience Ive had. I had my contacts revised twice and glasses THREE times. Never have I had to get my prescription redone in my life and Ive been wearing glasses for 20 years. The first time their lab put the totally wrong lenses in which distorted my vision because those lenses were for bifocals ..which I dont have.....then the next two times my glasses were just way way wrong. The staff is extremely disorganized, uncaring, and inefficient. From the front desk to the person fitting my glasses all the way to the people who worked on my glasses everyone was rude. The second optometrist I saw acted like I was making up that my vision was distorting in my glasses..then I forced her to have the lab check them and she came back stating the absolute wrong type of lens was inserted....No apologies there. I have called and left messages for their manager twice. No one calls back. Finally I called the Green Hills location. They were very helpful on the phone and very caring. Already a better experience and I havent been in. Hopefully they can fix the massive mess this location started. You couldnt pay me enough to deal with these people again and since the ordeal with them not being able to get my glasses right (been trying since oct 2016-over six months) I have been seeing a lot of floaters. If I have retinal detachment I will absolutely sue. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Just trust me. Im going to call the better business bureau as well because theyre so horrible.

Almost the worst medical experience Ive ever had. I went in and had an exam, during which they apparently measured me incorrectly and the trial contacts they gave me didnt fit correctly. After a couple of weeks, I went back and told them that the contacts didnt fit properly. Doc re-examined and found out I was right, so he gave me a new scrip and told me to try the new pair for a while. When I went back with my new prescription to order new boxes of the right contacts, they said it had been too long since I "ordered" the first pair even though I never ordered anything or received anything from them. They billed my insurance company and everything but I received nothing from them! I tried to explain to the "manager on duty" that I hadnt ordered anything because the original prescription was incorrect. She kept stating over and over "We cant do a doctor exchange after 60 days." I tried to explain to her that I wasnt "exchanging" anything because I hadnt received anything. She continued to be rude and condescending to me and very nearly accused me of taking the first box of incorrect contacts and trying to con them out of more. They apparently dont keep records or inventory in a manner that would let them know whether or not I picked up the first boxes. Avoid this place like the plague. Im going back to my old optometrist.

Poor Management and the General Manager was making sexual faces at my husband and was giving his wife A nasty look... They overcharge on glasses to Rip us off, they are rude and make you wait all day while the General Manager was exposing an Former Employee in front of customers about there personal matter, very very unprofessional to the point customers was asking me about their glasses and I was helping them out while all the employees was sitting down and had attitudes with selected people!!! I feel very sorry for the new employees because the General Manager,doesnt train them properly but spending our hard earned money to this hell house!!!! When you ask an employee about an online question, they dont know anything and they are so scared to even ask the General Manager because when the only nice new sales associate name Joeanna ask him and when he seen it was me than he blew up and gave her A nasty attitude!!!!! Dont waste your time here!!!!! No Respect for Marriage Couples!!!!! BTW I call Corporate on them last week and the customer service representative stated to me that it was A 24-72 hour wait but No Call No Show

This is the utmost unprofessional Optometry business Ive ever walked into. The customer service is beyond unsatisfactory. They dont even call you to let you know that youre glasses are ready. My kids glasses were there nearly 3 weeks and not a single person called to let me know they were ready. Ive gone to the West Nashville location and have gotten better customer service. This Rivergate location is Ghetto!!! From the Optometrist down to the assistants. Today I went in to pick up my kids glasses and one of the assistants was bluntly rude. They have the worse selection of eyeglasses along with the staff. I will not be returning to this location. Bunch of Ghetto "negrows"

I ordered glasses in June, prior to a trip, with the expectation that I could get them in a faster period of time than a more established provider. After all, they do have an "in store" lab. I did pick them up before my trip after a wait of almost a week. When I got them, I couldnt see out on them, but thought maybe my eyes would have to adjust after some time of not wearing them. I waited several weeks before going back. I returned on Friday. The right eye was totally off. I was told to call back the following Thursday. I just called to be told they werent ready and t call back in 4 days. All of this time without glasses! And the cost was exorbitant! Dont go there!

Purchased two prescription pairs one regular, one sunglass at this store. The cost for both was $450. Each had different lens type and each had bubbles on the left eye. On the phone they promise me to fix it for free but when I get to store they are not able to find the source of the bubbles and they can not fix it. I am wearing eyeglasses for over 20 years and never had this kind of problem before. They asked for around $300 to change the lenses since I havent purchased warranty on lenses. Thanks to Visionworks, I now have blurred vision on my left eye. Never again.

I was only there to order more contacts and didnt need to take another eye exam. Took them over 40 min to get to me and all i needed to do was swipe my card. I went to ask how much longer once and one of the employees stated to glare at me every few minutes afterwards.

They are very very helpful and they take their time to make sure that each customer is service correctly and that they have everything they need to make sure that your needs are met. Sometimes it can get busy but they do their best to instill great customer service!!!!

Waited an hour to go back. Waited another 15 minutes after my "pre-test". Lady that brought me back was rude. I should of gone somewhere better than this terrible place. Love spending my Friday afternoon waiting around

Horrible. The ceiling is stained and gross. The staff are unprofessional, cold, and unorganized. Waited over an hour past my kids appointment. I will never come back here.
