Cant say they didnt try but for $848 and two attempts asked for and was given a refund. They seriously overcharge like so many other professional eye care facilities and also over promise. Out of frustration went big box, Costco Optical. State of the art exam, $50, designer frames $49 and $199 for progressive transition lenses with all the lights bells and whistles that Eye Care Associates charged $848 for. By the way Costco hit it out of the park on delivering eye ware and a prescription that is dead nuts on, first time around.

All of the staff and doctors are not only professional but truly want to help you. I was having trouble with a rebate and Olivia and Rhonda went out of their way to help me. Rhonda even called the company for me! Dr. Morton has been my eye doctor for 20 years and I can honestly say that Ive never had a bad experience with any member of Eye Care Associates team.
