Staff is courteous, and the facility is nice. The problem I have is they are too aggressive and think about their $ first. Ive been a patient of this dentist for 2+ years. I was told one year ago that I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled. I procrastinated, but finally went in to have them filled. The dentist on duty took X-rays and said the cavities had grown and that unfortunately I would need 3 crowns. The cost would be approximately $2500. Not to mention the process all together of the crown fitting etc. So, my wife suggested I get a 2nd opinion from another dentist. Sure enough, the new dentist recommended fillings only, which cost me approximately $300. I had the fillings done 2 months back and all is good. My new dentist even let me know, once he was in there, the cavities were rather small and in no way should they have needed crowns. Needless to say, I will never go to highland modern dentistry again, as they are way too aggressive. I will always now recommend getting a 2nd opinion.

My husband likes them due to being able to get fillings in 2 hours. However I have never had any problems with my teeth and yet it took 2 hours to get a standard check up and cleaning, all while trying to up sell procedures and extras (fluoride =$40, xrays every 6 months, etc) for someone who usually gets told "if everyone had teeth like yours, Id be out of a job" they sure find ways to try to add to my bill.

they have only one x ray machine, and had to wait 2 hours to get just the xrays. and another hour for the dentist to see me. to describe this place in one word - upsell.
