My family has been going to Dr. Thomas for just over a year now, since we moved to this area. The office is very clean and well run. Visits are always thorough yet efficient, so I feel both my health and time are valued, and I can easily predict how long I will spend in the office. Twice I have been there for a cleaning with a fussy baby in tow, and both times the hygienist was patient and cheerful as I attended to her--until another staff member stepped in with a much appreciated offer to hold her and keep her smiling! Dr. Thomas is an excellent dentist. I appreciate that he is warm and friendly, but also thorough in explaining his observations and what we may expect in the future. His approach is perfect for the whole family--my kids seem very comfortable with him (and his hygienists). Dr. Griffin, who is newer to the staff, provided excellent care on my last visit and seems to be a great addition to the office. I love that my kids and I can go to the same dental office and all get excellent care. Many offices cater to adults or kids, but Highland Village Family Dentistry is a place where everyone in the family can be served equally well.

Dr. Thomas and his staff are wonderful! I was referred to him by and friend. Our first visit to the office for a cleaning and return visit was everything I had hoped for. My daughters are 8 and 11 and they felt at ease right away. Dr. Thomas had them laughing the whole appointment. The receptionist made our transition to their office so easy, and she was very sweet and helpful. Dr. Thomas and his staff made us feel like we had been patients for years. He is so kind and GREAT with kids!!! Im also very thankful that our whole family can go to one dentist for all our dental needs! I would HIGHLY recommend Highland Village Family Dentistry to anyone!

I was a long time patient of Dr. Thomas in NH, since he graduated from dental school. He was a true professional right from the start, and unlike many in the medical/dental professions, he has a very compassionate approach to his work, which shows through his passion for perfection. I had a tough time with a bridge, which he made 4 times, until it was absolutely perfect. I thought it was fine after the 3rd attempt, but I broke the first two, so he insisted on making it right. I was very pleasantly surprised to see and hear that the other dentists and office staff thought so highly of his skills. There is no better dentist in the USA.

I have recently started going back to the dentist after a long break. My life was too busy, I was new in the area. I just didnt want to start with a new dentist! My teeth told me different, so I made the appointment. Dr. Thomas and his staff took me in, gave me a tour of the beautiful facility, and talked to me about not just my teeth, but about me. I have never been in such a warm, caring environment. I have the confidence that I am getting the best care available and am not just treated like just another patient. I look forward to my next appointment!!!! Thank you for being MY dentist.

Dr, Thomas shows you everything going on in your mouth, instructs you on your options, gives you the pros and cons and then lets the patient decide without any pressure as to what work they want done. Extremely personable and takes time with each patient, you arent a number here- youre a person. On top of all that Dr. Thomas is meticulous, and my dental work was done with zero pain- not even the novicane shot hurt. His office features the absolute top of the line technology- no more biting on painful xray film in your mouth. Cannot recommend this practice.

Dr. Thomas and his staff are AMAZING! I was recommended by some friends after expressing my dislike for a "corporate dentist" in Dallas. He took the time to get to know me, my teeth, show me around his practice, tell me about his background, etc. Honestly Dr. Thomas is the best dentist I have ever been to and it is well worth the drive if you dont live in the surrounding area. Also the office is brand spanking new with state of the art equipment! No worries here wondering what you are walking into. Everything is pristine and perfect!

To say that Dr. Thomas and his team are "good" would be an understatement! This is by far the BEST dental experience that I have ever had. Dr. Thomas and his team are kind, funny, and are very conservative! They teach you about your mouth and give you the chance to make the decision about your dental health, not pushing thousands of dollars of treatment on you for no reason! They are also wonderful with kids; my daughter had the best experience at Highland Village Family Dentistry! I would definitely recommend anyone coming to this office!

This is a great doctor who is knowledgeable, friendly, hands on and punctual. Visit in his office will not be the type you deal with a bunch of unexperienced trainees and maybe you see a doctor for a minute or two who shakes your hand and talk about Cowboys. After you pass his reception area he is the guy that is by your side until you say goodbye. He uses his assistance to assist him not do the job for him. He did not push expensive procedures and he did not give me general answers to issues. Did I mention he graduated NYU? ;-).

My 7yr old saw Dr Griffin, Jeni and Leslie yesterday...we had a lot done in one sitting and I was beyond impressed with their professionalism, patience and overall attention to details. Going to a dentist for a child can be quite an ordeal but they were devoted to making it a comfortable experience for all involved. I walked out with a detailed game plan of what we need to do at future appointments and Brandie went over any/all questions I had about benefits. We will definitely be back.

If you want a dentist who listens to your concerns, who meticulously explains everything that he is doing on your teeth real-time, who carves out time over the weekend for emergency situations, then Dr Ryan Thomas is the one for you! My family have been and is still impressed by the comprehensive and professional care that he and his practice provides to us. Weve never had a dentist who is as attentive to detail and as caring as Dr Thomas is. Kudos to him and to his practice!

His staff is nice and willing to take time getting know there patients. I immediately felt a connection at this office. I like how cheerful everyone is. I like how everything was explained. I like how I wasnt led down a path of financial doom with treatments that are likely unnecessary. I was told that were going to watch some things and see. The documentation gives me confidence that decisions will be made on facts and not feelings. I feel good about coming to this office.
