I went in for a initial visit. Just wanted some x-rays and a cleaning. Had my x-rays done and was told that nearly all of my previous fillings had decay underneath them, as well as some new cavities bringing the total to 17 fillings that needed to be done. I was also told I needed my wisdom teeth taken out (which I already knew). They then suggested the plan of removing my wisdom teeth and doing my fillings all in one visit. I spent maybe 5 minutes with the dentist who barely spoke to me. I knew something sounded off, so I did some research to see if he is qualified to perform wisdom teeth extraction. He is not an oral surgeon, I was not prescribed any antibiotics or pain medication, or given any plan of care - just told not to eat 6 hours prior. Needless to say, I did not return to this dentist. Very questionable establishment. Note: all the good reviews are here because there is a sign when theyre doing your x-rays that if you write a review for them, you get a "surprise".

My son chipped his front baby tooth on the bathtub Thursday night. They saw my son promptly, on a Saturday morning, and were so friendly and understanding! I expected the receptionist to say the soonest visit would be Monday morning, but Saturday was a very nice surprise! She was kind and answered all my questions, and got us scheduled immediately for the very next day. I just didnt know what to expect, but my son was the only patient scheduled, so all focus was on him and making him and I both comfortable. (Hes 2, so that isnt an easy task at the dentist!) The dentist we saw on Saturday was absolutely amazing! My 2 year old didnt even cry! He was scared, but the dentist was very comforting, and gentle, and did what he needed to do quickly. My 2 year old definitely had a better 1st dentist trip than mine! We are happy customers for life! Id recommend this dental practice to anyone, and have already told our story to many.

Experience was fine. I needed to come in another day to get the work done for my broken tooth. They werent able to accommodate me and the time it takes me to get to their office, so my appointment is set for the afternoon next week. However, on my way home, I received a phone call stating that they would be able to accommodate me with an appointment the next day in the morning. I really appreciated it since I am new to the area it will make things much better. The staff seems really nice. I get really nervous with dentists, so well see how tomorrow goes.

I had a really good experience at this dentist. I went to this dentist because a previous one I want to was charging way too much for their services and it felt pressured and comfortable in them convincing me I needed their services. The dentist at this clinic was friendly, made me feel at ease and was great at answering all my questions. I felt like I wasnt being talked down to. The rest of the dental staff were friendly and competent, and the business manager was open and up front with me too. I had a great experience.

I absolutely love this dentist office! Dr. Sehat is not only very friendly, but gentle which is so important with a dentist. The assistants and staff are super friendly. Weve been going here for years and and recommend them highly! Our family has needed dental work in the past and even my young daughter says she didnt feel any pain. Superb job by everyone!

My first visit was a good experience, as I went for an evaluation for implants and other work needed. I was given a treatment plan thats fair in price for scope of work required. Also, Dr. Sehat, Samantha, Ashley and the other staff I interacted with were very nice and professional. I definitely recommend this dentist to others.

After researching the DFW area they had the best price on implants but more than that I felt comfortable with both the staff and the dentist. He went into details of process and didnt try to over sell his services. He laid out what was needed and what extras I could benefit from but didnt make it seem like I HAD to get them.

After a long search with much consideration, I had finally found a dentist for my family. To finally have a doctor who is very professional with wonderful bedside manner and kindness is a great blessing. I am very pleased to have Dr Sehat and his friendly staff care for my family. They are A++ in my book!

I was very happy with my first experience. The entire staff was professional and kind and got me in quickly. I drove 40 minutes one way and it was worth passing hundreds of other dentists to arrive at Randol Mill Family Dentistry! I will definitely be going back. :)
