Having state insurance, we dont have a lot of options for clinics, unfortunately CHC is the only clinic near me. Their doctors are always running late, if you make an appt in advance they often call you a week before an appt to reschedule because the Dr decided she wants to be off that day after having it scheduled 2 months already. If you do by chance get a good Dr they dont stay with the company long and end up leaving. When you check in there is almost always only one receptionist actually checking people in, the others are sitting there on their cell phones. By the time you get brought back to the room, the MA is rude and rushes through vitals and gets irritated when your child wont leave the thermometer in his mouth after you told her that he has not used it in his mouth only under his arm before. Then you sit there for 30 min to wait for the Dr just for them to come in and rush through the appt and tell you to come back to discuss things since they are running late, if you have to get shots for your child you sit there for another 20 min. All chc clinics need help with time management for their drs, and manners for their MAS and receptionist.

Do not depend on these doctors to help you!!! Maybe a cold otherwise your health is going to diminish . Ive gone through hell due to what should have been a simple situation. Now that not just one doctor have there own options had completely destroyed 2 Sergeys I counted on ,and believed these doctors only to have to self medicate to get through the super important sergurys.i had pleaded with doctors to help me, as well as informed them how the buckets of tylonals, ibprofens were not working, ibprofens were the medication not to be taken due to the healing from my intire neck being fused, and plated. 8 weeks after I was told to come off of pain medication. I had to go through extreme pain there was not even taking care of myself. Im being told how there is no help. Not being able to even call, or answer my phone as well as believing in the doctors I had to suffer!! Do not trust

My visit was first and definately last one. Rooms didnt look clean, no plastic covers on dental instruments, dental assistant had to stop by our room to borrow one of the tools they use for cavity filling, which looked like they had a shortage of tools. No privacy, you can hear and see people next to you. The doctor was rude and seamed in a hurry so he didnt take time or talked to me about my options after seeing me. For some people going to the dentist is a big deal and they want doctors to communicate with them, calm them down and make them feel like they will do their best and you have nothing to worry about. You wont get none of that here.

Dr. Bader is amazing. I suspected my son had ADHD and ODD. Every doctor told me "He is too young to have it. Hes just being a boy". After being suspended THREE times(he is in kindergarten), Dr. Bader monitored him and said she does believe he has these conditions. She really listened to my concerns and did not make me feel as though I were overreacting. The receptionists are always very friendly and welcoming.

My first time looking for a new provider in a long time. The front staff was very friendly. Laura the Medical assistant that roomed me was very nice. The provider I saw was Leslie G. She was great I felt comfortable talking to hear and I didnt feel rushed and I think she actually heard me. I know we have all seen a provider who says they are listening to you but they dont hear you. Thank you all at CHC.

The website states they handle chronic/complicated diseases. This obviously means nothing more serious than diabetes. If you have an unusual or rare condition, then this clinic is not the place to go. For everyday illnesses, it is a nice, clean and friendly place. The staff is great but medical knowledge is a bit lacking,

Great staff and facility and convenient for Southern Everett. Today my dental hygenist Hiruy Gebrewold restored my faith in the process by listening to me making sure he numbed my nerves when most people miss. Then he performed a cleaning and we decided to double up and do two quadrants insyead of one.

I love my old doctor Heidi finucane but shes gone and I am still looking for a primary doc here and the biggest issue I have is the doctors dont seem to communicate and the never read over my chart. but I am hopeful that I will find someone that Im satisfied with here.

Its not a fabulous place but its clean and the staff is helpful. When I needed help for health care for my newborn they were great. Dr. Ma is amazing! Shes sweet and easy to talk to :-)

I called in to make an appointment and no one answers the damn phone it says theyre too busy I just wasted 35 mins trying to get ahold of someone! Horrible service!
