Lamento decir esto pero mi hija está padeciendo de unas ronchas en la piel y tiene con ellas más de un año, el Dr. no ha querido transferírmela a un especialista por mas que se lo hemos pedido le ha recetado cremas para la piel de diferentes tipos como tratando de adivinar cual dará resultado. Hace más de un año mi hija tubo un problema de tos persistente la llevamos al Dr. pero solo le recetaba expectorantes, tratamos en ocasiones de llevarla sin cita para decirle que la tos no se le quitaba pero las encargadas de el lugar nos rechazaban con la excusa que sin cita no la podía ver y cuando le dábamos el mensaje al Dr. simplemente nos mandaba a decir que ya se le iba a quitar así como me viene diciendo más de una año con lo del problema de la piel, hasta que una noche la tuve que llevar a una sala de emergencia por que la fiebre era muy alta y me la diagnosticaron con neumonía y me le recetaron el tratamiento y se curó. Desgraciadamente tengo que admitir que fue una mala elección o simplemente tenemos mala suerte con el Dr. no puede ser que después de un año no me le haya dado un diagnostico serio sobre el problema de la piel. Lo que termino de derramar el vaso es que nos damos cuenta que no se toma el tiempo para revisar a los niños simplemente los ve de largo y ya. Bueno , yo Como padre de familia definitivamente no lo recomiendo. Por último necesita cambiar a sus asistentes son pesimas y desorganizadas. Ya nos encargamos de hacer el cambio de Pediatra.

Worst Clinic Ever ! I went in to this clinic during walk in hours whit my 10 month old son . He had a fever of 100.0 And was throwing up . The girl at the front desk attended me and told me she would let Doctor Garcia know . I waited and waited until my son started trowing up all over me and even then they did not care at all ! I took his temperature and he was 100.4 ! I stood up and asked how much longer !? She said I will get you in right now . Again 10 more min and all for her to tell me the doctor would not see me until the afternoon !! After that I rushed him to the ER . This people and Doctor can care less about you ! I am now in the processes of switching doctors whit my insurance . And you should too.

Seriously this place is full of people that could care less about you.... doctor Garcia himself didnt want to see me as a walk in even though I had came in during "walk in" hours he said I could only be seen if it was am emergency ... he knew he was wrong when I asked "how bad does an infection have to get before its considered an emergency?" Mind you I already had a fever! Every single time I come here I remember why I hated it to begin with! In the works of getting transferred to someone who cares about patients and their well being!

They are unorganized. My son had his physical in May 2012 and I ask for the results and its the end of October and I still havent got them. When I call they just transfer me around and dont get any answers.
