The lady working in the front desk is very rude poor communication !! my son was scheduled and due for his shots and physical they called me the day of the appt and said the doctor was not going to be in they never called me back to reschedule like she said i went one week waiting until i callled to make a appt and they said they have no available appts for 2 weeks.......the staff the lady in the front is just rude and its somewhere where i wouldnt want to go anywas with that lady working with her attitude

They are amzing!!! Like family to my family Dr.Patel has seen my kids since they were born my oldest will almost turn 11. Her staff and her self are a blessing very proffesional caring just awsome all around we moved to hesperia and find it worth the drive to continue takeing my kids to her.

I love taking my baby here Dr.Patel is wonderful my baby had to stay at the hospital a couple days due to juandice and the took care of him like it was her own she explain everything with details and my baby was better in a matter of days

Dr Patel is fabulous. Guess what? My daughter likes to go hospital. Front desk staff is also extremely helpful. They couldve improved their waiting area with kid friendly environment.
