My daughter was referred there after being told by our regular dentist that she needed to have both of her front teeth done by a pediatric specialist due to a cavity in-between them that had gone a little deep. When we arrived, the atmosphere was very bright and cheerful. There are clean, new toys in the reception area. And... the doctor is amazing! You can hear her laughing and talking energetically almost anywhere in the building. She makes the kids feel very comfortable. And, they are distracted by televisions on the ceilings, which can be good in certain situations. After the exam, the doctor explained that because her baby teeth were going to be falling out soon, they did not need to have any work done. I always appreciate when someone is willing to be honest instead of doing unnecessary work to make an extra dollar. My son has also had some work done there now, and was given laughing gas to help him thru it at a decent cost. Thank you, Pine Smiles!

I had braces when I was a teen, however, I foolishly didnt finish my treatment. Now an adult, I finally went into Pine Smiles to get a quick quote and info about their services. I hadnt any intention of actually signing up that day, yet the professionalism, kindness, modern and clean environment sold me within 5 mins of talking to Dr Kim and Dr Gandhi. They were so calm and honest, really taking the time to explain everything they offer, without feeling like I was pushed into unnecessary services or things I didnt want to do. Finally, Id like to mention that most dentist offices that Ive been too, theres always a disconnect between the front desk and the actual Drs in the back. Well not at Pine Smiles. They all work cohesively as a team and every staff member there really cares. Im really happy and highly recommend Pine Smiles!

Im so glad I found Pine Smiles and Dr Gandhi! After visiting 3 other pediatric dentists in Chino Hills we found THE ONE! Dr. Gandhi is so great with my three year old- she makes check ups fun by singing the ABCs, engaging with my daughter, and explaining everything thats happening to her. She also loves the balloon animals and rewards she gets after the visit! The office staff is so accommodating and understanding. They have been nothing but helpful and patient as I deal with insurance issues. Thank you Pine Smiles for being the dentist that I trust and my daughter loves!

Our first cleaning ever was at Pine Smiles. My son was scared and not easy but Dr Gandhi was so sweet and very professional. She made his first cleaning smooth and fun for him and me! The office is very clean and they had a toy area that my son absolutely loved. He even tried stealing a toy but I put it back lol. Dr. Kim was also very warm and welcoming and the overall vibe was calm, gentle and pleasant, which is ideal for the kids and their anxious parents. Great pediatric dental office and I definitely recommend them to all parents and kids.

We had a great experience at Pine Smiles with my 2 year old daughter. After taking her to three different dentists who could not get her to even open her mouth for an exam, the staff and dentist took their time with her, explained everything, showed her how everything worked, and got her to open her mouth for an exam and cleaning! I was amazed and really pleased with the experience. They also have a wonderful office for kids, with video screens above each chair. They will be our go-to dentist for both my children.

The staff and Dr. Gandhi are very friendly. She was very patient with our son despite his apprehension with the exam. She and the staff were very gentle and provided great advice regarding his oral care. As soon as we walked in the office every effort was made to help our son feel comfortable. Now for the actual check ups/procedures Dr. Gandhi is very fast and efficient. She and the staff will do their best to make things as effortless and painless as possible.

I took my son for his first dental appointment to Pine Smiles and the experience was wonderful. The office is clean and well decorated. The staff was so attentive and put in his favorite video during the exam so he felt comfortable. They examined his teeth, showed me the way I can brush his teeth and went over what I should expect as he grew older. Will definitely be bringing him back to Pine Smiles for his next check up. Would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at Pine Smiles! They are so patient and friendly, especially when it comes to younger children having anxiety about dental work and go above and beyond to make it a comfortable and healthy experience. In fact, Ive even heard one of my children ask when their next check up is because she loves it there...Only makes me wish they accepted adults too ;)

I took my 18 month old for her first check up. The staff was awesome with her. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They showed us how to brush her teeth correctly and let my daughter check out the office so she wouldnt be nervous. They even gave her a little certificate and picture for her first visit. It was super cute and well definitely be returning.

Ive been to many Dentists with my 4 children and Dr. G is the best and make sure that not only the parents but most importantly the child knows whats going on and explains everything through out.
