**BEWARE OF THIS PLACE** If you can go somewhere else, PLEASE do! BEFORE A SINGLE TEST had even been done on my cat and before they had any clue what was wrong with him, they somehow had an extensive treatment plan available with an outrageous price tag attached to it, to treat him for things that may not even be wrong with him. (One of the "treatments" was available for sale online for $5 and they had the same treatment invoiced for $96.06) At this point it became fairly obvious they were more concerned about lining their pockets, than helping my animal, but no other vets were open and it could not wait. I declined most of the outrageously expensive ADD-ON items that were 100% unnecessary at the time and instructed the receptionist that if more answers were had in the morning, then we could pursue the x-rays and other items, but could not pursue treatments that he didnt need by their own admission. 24 Hours later (my cat stayed the night and I did not receive a single call to update me on my cat this entire time) I go in the morning to see how my cat is doing. Sitting with a different Vet this time, he tells me they still have no idea what is wrong and that his temperature is still DANGEROUSLY high, potentially damaging his organs and putting him near death, as they were unable to do anything to bring it down. I am told they do not have any other treatment options and my ONLY hope would be to get him to a regular Vet ASAP and continue on the SAME TREATMENT they were giving him In the hopes that it would work. Immediately after leaving this place, I took him to a regular Vet that was now open and recommended by a family member. Speaking with the regular Vet, the very first things he asks is, "WHY DID THEY NOT TEST FOR THESE 2 THINGS? THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE VERY FIRST THING THEY CHECKED FOR. I HAVE GONE OVER YOUR CATS CHART SEVERAL TIMES AND DO NOT SEE ANY OF THE TESTS THEY SHOULD HAVE SUGGESTED/RAN, FOR THE SYMPTOMS YOUR CAT HAS." He tells me they want to perform these tests that the emergency clinic SHOULD HAVE DONE first thing and he wants to give him a shot to bring down his temperature. After a five minute conversation, I had more answers and solutions than 24 hours and a HUGE sum of money at the Emergency Pet Clinic on Easter. Not only did they not test him for the "obvious potential issues", but the option for these tests and treatments were NEVER EVEN PROVIDED to me. He came in sick and left just as sick! Zero help and zero answers! *THE IMPORTANT PART* 1 HOUR after leaving the new vet, with new tests being done and a new treatment for his fever (NONE OF WHICH WERE OFFERED AT THE CAT CLINIC ON EASTER), my cats fever WAS COMPLETELY GONE! 100% back to a normal temperature and for the most part out of serious danger. How it is possible that a place can have my cat for 24 hours and not manage to get his fever down and tell me there are NO OTHER TREATMENTS AVAILABLE and still charge an insane amount of money, but a new vet can have him for an hour an get this done for a third of the price, IS BEYOND ME! This place is ONLY out for one thing. NOT to help you. Not to help your animal. Not to provide you with the best options for your pet. ONLY TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE FROM YOU AND TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CONCERNED EMOTIONAL STATE, KNOWING NO OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU.

If you are looking for an amazing vet that will do whatever they can for you and your baby then this is the place!! My beautiful 3yr old pit bull Tobi became very sluggish and I had noticed a gash on his tail that looked to be infected, I took him to Orange County Emergency and they looked at him right away. I was short on funds and let them know ahead of time of my financial situation. They diagnosed Tobi to have a fever of 103, and wanted to do blood work, clean the wound and of course get his fever down. They then presented me with an estimate of what the services would be after they fix him up. I only had $400 dollars and the estimate was for $750-$1300. They were very understanding and worked with me to get everything he needed within my $400 budget. The nurse even told me all they want is to help him. I ended up having to leave him overnight for his tests and was told to pick him up in the morning around 7am, and that they would call to keep me up to date on his condition. At 5:45am i got the phone call. Tobi had a lot more going on then we all thought. His white blood cell count was 0, his blood oxygen level was dangerously low and he had begun to internally bleed into his stomach and intestines. They had then informed us that even with a lot of work that he still might not make it, so we headed back to put him down. The staff was so caring about everything and was all I could have ever asked for in a situation like this. Dr. Murdy is definitely in the right profession! She did everything she could do for our boy. She was with him from the beginning to the end when we said our last I love yous. I trust this place and this staff whole heatedly and want to thank them all for their compassion and professionalism throughout this whole ordeal.

Please do not bring your pet to this place, I had the horrific experience of having my min pin dog ran over by a car, as you might imagine I was horrified and desperate to get my dog help, I looked for a 24 Hr. Pet hospital and this is th L@e first one to come up I took cookie there hoping the injuries were not too severe, paid for the x rays and bloodwork in addition to the pain medication, finally Dr Adan Rivera came out to give me the prognosis, he informed me that her injuries were severe and that there was nothing else they could do there that he could refer me to another clinic with an orthopedic surgeon ( This the only good thing they did here that and the pain shot) but that he though the surgery would be complicated, expensive and the recovery. Would be long and painful that the humane thing to do would be to pot her to sleep, of course at an additional cost. I decided that I would take her to the other clinic and get a seconds opinion and then a third exhausting all options before making that heart wrenching decision, after turning in the x ray and bloodwork results the orthopedic Dr. told me that hes that he could do the surgery, that it was a fairly common surgery, that yes the recovery Would be long but not painful, when I told him that the other doctor had suggested I put her to sleep he was shocked, shook his head and didnt say anything else, the surgery cost me $5500 plus the $1000 they got from me art this clinic for overnight care and too tell me to put her down, right now cookie is recovering from the surgery in the best hands at the southern California specialty hospital getting ready to come home and enjoy the rest of her life, please about this clinic at all cost( pun intended) there are better 24 hrs. options out there.
