Its pretty good and thats coming from someone who has worked for a veterinary hospital. The receptionist was funny and friendly which is a nice change from the usual. I saw a young DO vet there from Australia (I think thats where he was from) and he was very nice and thorough. I was frank with him and made it clear that I didnt want to pay for unnecessary procedures and what would have cost me $400 I ended up paying $20 (I also had the free vet visit coupon which is why I went there in the first place). The techs were also friendly and down to earth and although Ive always been skeptical about Banfield, I have to say it was a good experience. Id recommend taking a pet there and Id also recommend the young male doctor.

After trying out a few vets around Anaheim and Orange and being severely disappointed in the care of our puppy I took him to Banfield in Fullerton and was extremely happy with the service. The vet was attentive to my concerns and took great care of my puppy. The vet tech and front desk assistant were also extremely helpful.
