I had the worst experience with this place. The Staff were indifferent and the wait was long. One particular nurse was rude and made me feel like the worst pet owner just because I wanted my cat declawed. I believe thats legal or other places wouldnt allow it, but its still my choice. The reason why Im complaining is because this place was giving me a hard time with the procedure and come to find out they are careless with treating their animals. I took my cat home after the declaw and decided to take my pet to another vet location, COTTAGE PET HOSPITAL to avoid the aggravation and the vet there noticed an infection a bone sticking out of his paw due to poor care at ANAHEIM ANIMAL CARE & PET HOSPITAL, the wound was cleaned and treated so now I had to pay for their carelessness... I went back to ANAHEIM ANIMAL CARE & PET HOSPITAL to ask them to refund me the fee paid for their mistake and the vet overreacted, yelled at me and asked me to never come back. There was zero need for his behavior nor his unprofessionalism. So disappointed with this place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. IF YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR HOURS, HAVE YOUR PETS SUFFER AND RECEIVE THE WORST SERVICE IN YOUR LIFE I WELCOME YOU TO COME HERE. I SEE A LOT OF POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE BUT THEY ARE ALL FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER, VET IN THIS LOCATION...THIS NEW VET IS A TWO FACED JERK THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE SO BEWARE.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Our 4 month old bull dog puppy was bit by a pit bull in their own lobby! The vet did not take our puppy into surgery until 7-8 hours later, saying they had other dogs scheduled ahead of him and they only have one surgeon. We told them we didnt bring in our puppy like this, it happened on their own premises in which they replied "Its Unfortunate!" The only they gave our puppy pain pills until they treated him at 6pm that evening. This happened approximately 10am on Friday, 3/13 and he wasnt treated and released until 7pm. They did not even bother to take any x-rays of his face and I doubt this incident was reported to Animal Services! Our puppy was scheduled for a follow up appointment on 3/18, but we will not be taking him back there. We requested his medical records to take to a more professional vet and they refused to provide his records. Shady Vets and unethical practices which will be reported!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS PLACE!!!

I have been going to this vets office for about five months now and I couldnt be happier. Both doctors are extremely kind and helpful, and so are the attending nurses at the front desk. The wait times do tend to be a bit long on their busier days however these veterinarians are worth the wait. Not only is this an inexpensive office it is also a caring office. Dr.Licciardo takes care of both my pets, and she is always so knowledgable, kind, and patient with my millions of questions. The other Doctor, whose name I cant remember hes an Asian gentleman, is also very patient and knowledgable and kind. As for the pit bull incident, I was being helped by the at the time and as awful as it was its not the offices fault that the puppy was attacked by the pit bull, the office took all necessary measures to ensure both pets and owners were taken care of. Dogs can be very unpredictable.

This place was great. My 10month, pit bull mix was limping and I didnt know what could be wrong. I was expecting the office to say he needed xrays and who knows what other pricey things. Nope no pricey xrays or referals to specialists just a good physician for my baby. My puppy is great, he is walking normal again. The Vet gave us 1 medication and my puppy was doing great in about 4-5 days. He had "GROWING PAINS" wow, never would have thought that. I guess my puppy did grow a little fast being 80lbs. I would recommend this place and trust they are not gonna try and sell you on stuff that is not needed. Exam $22. and medications $37. and the Vet is so caring and answers all your questions and is patient and funny.

They moved! And didnt tell us. So after GPS sent us to the wrong end of Magnolia, I gave them a call. All I wanted was cross streets. I was immediately put on hold. Not even asked "can you please hold" just put on hold. And there I stayed until eventually finding the new office on my own. When we walked in, reception was not busy on another line, nor were they helping anyone in person. And still the automated hold music said my call was very important and they would be right with me. After pointing out I was STILL on hold with them, they made excuses about being so busy and short staffed. We do have an appointment, but were obviosly late so lets see how long were punished. Hopefully the Dr visit goes much better.

My min pin was bleeding out of her butt and very constipated and we were desperately looking for a hospital open and this one closed at 7pm luckily they told us if we made it before 7 the doctor would see her. In the end she might have kidney problems or diabetes we won't know until tomorrow but we got an exam blood test was pricey $120 but it had to be done. And shots of fluid were free because she was dehaydrated very nice because the fluid shots were $40 but at no cost thank you doctor!! The doc was very very nice and made us calm down, the ladies at the front were helpful as well!! Overall she got 4 meds and came out to $256 gotta do what YOU GOTTA DOOO

Very disappointed, have been with Dr Park since he came to Anaheim, but on Saturday, my 12 year old dog "Jake" was having breathing problems, I called at 2:00 pm, they told me they had an emergency but would see Jake, when I arrived, I was told, they didnt have time to see him, they were closing at 3;00 pm, it was 2:20, I spoke to the "Manager" who said it was office policy. They just wanted to go home on time, the heck with my buddy. I have 6 animals and spend a small fortune on health care and this is how they treated my family .... very sad!!!

My beloved french bull dog Abby had been seen here on multiple occasions and was constantly treated very well until the end of her days. The staff is super professional and completely vested in the well being of your pet. They treated my girl with the utmost dignity in the last moments of her life and for that my family will be forever grateful. In my opinion, this hospital is top notch and I would not hesitate in recommending them to a new pet owner.

Walk in visit went well. New patient bonus meant that the pet checkup was free. The staff is very efficient and friendly. Doctor Park was an effective communicator and was able to determine the cause of my cats fever quickly and prescribed the needed solution without hesitation. I paid $96 dollars for a full package of medicine and administration tools and I find that to be very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
