Brought my cat here last Saturday. Very pleased with my experience. Called around 10:30 and got an appointment set at 11:30 right away. Waited only for about 10 min and my pet was weighed and seen by the vet. My cat was diagnosed with cystitis. Vet proposed all possible treatments and gave me an estimate on all the cost. They didnt force me to go with all so I only did the treatment that was absolutely recommended at the moment by the vet ( I thought this was important since this is my 2nd time bringing my pet in to any clinic and I was worried that the vet will forced treatments upon my pet since I dont really understand whats best for him). All the staff and front desk are very friendly too. Office visit fee was very good, only $30 and I even got a $20 off first visit discounts. This place even follow up on my cats condition a few days after our visit. The only bad thing was I spent a little time looking for parking since they are having construction on the driveway and parking lot (but looks like a temporary thing so I wouldnt worry too much but just a heads up if you plan to have recent visit).

If I could give 0 stars I would. My sister took her kitty to this place to get him neutered and the cat never made it back home. Were still crying ourselves out since this afternoon. He was a healthy cat less than a year old with no medical problems or any condition. The doctor called her and told her he starting having seizures after the surgery and died. When she got the this place he said that it was heart failure since there was blood in the trachea tube which it doesnt have anything to do with the heart ( when that happens its because the tied it too hard, its like a person when they get surgery) His pupils started to dilate and died. My cousin who lives in Miami is a vet and she said that this kind of surgery is so easy and simple that there is no way a cat will die for this. This is the doctors fault for not giving him the correct amount of anesthesia or the incorrect anesthesia. Nothing we could do will bring him back. PLEASE, if you live your pet dont take it to this place******

the staff are very friendly and somewhat helpful. When i took my dog in they charged me with many things that he didnt need and the medication they prescribed is still sitting on my shelf unused. I wasnt satisfied when i asked why they were prescribing him all these things when all i wanted was a fecal test to make sure he didnt have worms and they set him up with other tests as well when i knew for sure it wasnt that and they wouldnt listen to me (it ended up being an allergic reaction to his food and hes perfectly healthy now). They told me there was nothing else i could do and that he absolutely needed the tests and prescription meds when that was false. Plus they never call for checkups and weve already missed two apps. because of it. Maybe its just because they are settling in but i never had these problems with my old vet plus im a graduate in Veterinary Assisting and had an entire test based on good practice. Not very satisfied :(

I took my schnauzer here after he was mauled by two pit bulls outside my house. I called there office to let them know my situation and that I was on my way. When I arrived the staff and doctors quickly took in my dog and gave him great care. I thought it was going to cost me a small fortune since my dog needed 25 stitches plus staples and had to remain hospitalized due to drains in his head and I was surprised at the final bill and that their prices were adequate and fair couldnt be happier!! I highly recommend this places to everyone, you cant put your pet in better hands than at La Habra Animal Hospital they are AWESOME!!!!!! And their low cost immunizations are great.

I had an older cat that was having problems with her ear drums and needed a complicated and expensive surgery. She was 14ish (rescue) and the doctor explained that pros and cons of surgery given her age. I decided to have her put down due the amount of pain she constantly had. the vet allowed me to stand with her and pet her while they injected her, and they stayed with me in the room for the 15 minutes it took me to stop crying. I still take my two dogs there, and aftera bad experience at Sunnycrest (more money is obviously not get you better service) I will never leave La habra animal hospital.

There is a new vet in town and he is nothing like the old one. I have two small dogs that have had their shots at this Animal Hospital and am very happy with the new staff and vet. They seem very knowledgeable, capable, cheerful and caring. I only agreed to give this place another try when I found out the previous vet was no longer there, in fact this is a new ownership. I am glad I came back and will continue to have our pets cared for here. The costs are very reasonable and it is easy to get appointments or even walk in during working hours.

They have been very fair in their prices, and Dr. Markos has an excellent bedside manner. She took time to call me on the phone before my dogs procedure to explain what to expect. Then after the procedure, she came out to speak with me in the lobby to tell me how it went & answer any questions. I received an email thanking me for taking my dog there, which is a nice touch. There is no long wait before they call you back, & they always take your call.

I came her for a pet emergency with our pekingese. He had a bad accident with his eye and another dog attacking him. Upon arrival, it was easy and quick for my dog to be seen. The staff was nice, and the vet was sweet and attentive to my dog. All in all, it was good experience. I was just a little concerned when theyd take my dog in the back and do some of the injections since I dont know what is actually happening and if hes getting proper care.

Basically, as soon as you bring your pet, it feels like theyre just trying to rush you in and out of there. The consultation itself was $40 for them just to tell us what we already knew our dog had. We really payed them for no reason. Really expensive service. We took our dog somewhere else. Would definitely not recommend this hospital.

First time visit was amazing.welcomed by Danielle and Marisa very sweet ladies. The Dr gave me so much information .. She was able to play with her making her feel comfortable with getting her vaccines. Over all it was a really create visit .

We took our dog, Sydney, in to get spayed. They were very nice and affordable. I would definitely recommend bringing your dog here. My only complaint would be that its very congested and I had to wait awhile to be seen for the examination.
