I have been coming to this place for over 5 years and after todays visit Im going to say that this place has completely changed from great to worse with the new management and how they seem to operate. Let me share with you my visit today. In a similar review by Vicki L., I ran into an issue with my GSD having what I believed to be an ear infection. I had a scheduled appt tomorrow but luckily the woman at the desk was kind enough to fit me in immediately due to my open schedule. I arrived on time to see only one patient in the lobby and waited approximately close to 30 minutes before I was asked to bring my dog in for examination. I entered the room to have the assistant ask me questions before awaiting ANOTHER 10 minutes for a new doctor named Dr.Nous (mind you, the assistants, although many have come n gone over the years, have always been the most kind and friendly Ive known for my dogs yet I see new doctors every time) briefly asked me questions, and while he asked me questions, he did not once did even touch my dog nor did he even try to look in her ear for my visit, he just stood there and looked at her from a distance. As Vicki mentioned, apparently this doctor determines his diagnoses based on visual perception rather than actually touching or inspecting the dog (he must have a fear of getting bit by specific breeds or just hates dogs all-together). After he gave me his "psychic" evaluation, he told me in order to work on her he would to take her behind closed doors in their back facility and muzzle her. Now for as long as Ive been coming here...all of my dogs have been treated in the presence of myself in the room and only two times have I ever had any of my dogs go back there was for one was when my lab died and two was when my GSD injured herself with a laceration that needed sedation/stitches. But for an ear infection? Come on... Anyways, I spent another 45 minutes waiting and waiting for my dog to find out that before I have anything even done on her, they need to give me estimates.. Want to know what I was quoted to treat an ear infection? $274.. $80 was just to sedate my 50 lb GSD. I went back and forth to explain what I did and did not want and yet my dog continued to sit in the back with the muzzle to only find out they couldnt clean her ears because she was agitated...hmmm I wonder why that might be? Oh I dont know, maybe because I informed that I know my dog and you dont and she wouldve performed better had I been in the presence with her.. When a customer says NO to a procedure or a quote to what is being asked to purchase, you should learn to say ok, and not try to SCAM people by adding random medicine that I couldve bought at petsmart for half the cost. So long story short, I paid $160 for medicine that I have to administer myself that you couldnt do without sedating my "LARGE" 50 lb GSD. Also Dr.Nous, your pathetic report as to what my dog had as an infection saying "looks red and inflamed" has got to be one of the worst medical diagnoses I have ever seen in my life, not to mention you never bothered to even approach me and talk to me about my dog and the asst did. God I really feel bad for those assistants.. Youve lost a valued customer and I will never been returning back to this place ever again.. New customers..you have been WARNED. *They no longer do discounts anymore*

Very dirty facilities, there is dog hair in the rooms where they check your dog and did not clean before putting another dog there, they wanted to make my dog ​​many studies that he didnt need for me to pay a 200 usd account, I do not go back to that place.

My dog has been treated hear for almost two years now they been ok decent prices I just dont like the fact when the give him shots they take him to the back without us looking at what they do but so far so good were going Monday for more shots
