I would give this so called cat clinic a minus star rating if I could. I took my cat here because he was experiencing some sort of allergic reaction. He was put on medication for some temporary relief. He was never put on a more long term plan because we brought him this last time because he was straining to urinate. They took him back after keeping us waiting for over an hour. They discovered he had crystals in his urine. After an over night stay where the doctor recommended he stay in their care and NOT in a facility where he would be monitored throughout the night, we received good news... our cat pulled out his catheter throughout the night and was urinating on his own. He was ready to come home! We picked him up, after a HUGE vet bill and a lot of medication, we were on our way home with our baby. Well a couple hours after we arrived home, the cat began exhibiting strange behavior; stomach contracting, deep meows, and trouble breathing. The clinic was closed so we rushed him to emergency where we were told he should have never been sent home. With this issue, they recommend cats to have a catheter in place for at least 48hrs and to be monitored, as well the medications sent home from the cat clinic were not the proper dose. So we almost lost our cat because of their negligence in dealing with our cat. They called us the next day to check on our cat and we explained what had happened and to speak with the Vet. Well she was conveniently on vacation which leads me to believe she was eager to send the cat home before she left. The office manager would review our case and call us back as we felt we needed some sort of compensation or reversal of payment for almost killing our cat. They never called back. My husband called and they felt they had done nothing wrong so they werent going to compensate us. I am so deeply disgusted by the way they handled our situation and will NEVER take my cat there again! Be ware!

My family brought our first cat to the Cat Care Clinic many many years ago (before the first expansion!) and they were great! Since then, we have been bringing them all of our babies and recommending them to all of our friends and family. My mom recently found two flea bitten kittens in really rough condition, and with the help of the Cat Care Clinic, they were nursed back to health and are better than ever. There are many other veterinary practices out there, but all are sub-par in comparision and truly lack the compassion and care that is found here. The staff and all of the Doctors here are attentive, caring, knowledgable, and extremely professional. I wouldnt trust my kitties in the hands of any other place! ;D

My cat was sick. I called the CCC to ask them to help me, because I didnt have the $150.00 to take the cat to their office. I asked if I could write a post-dated check for three days after the visit. They denied me the help. I didnt know what to do, and asked them what they suggested I do. I was told to wait until I had the funds. I have been their client for four years, and this is how they trea me?! Completely unprofessional and unfair. But its Orange County, and all people think about here is money- they have no care for the animals- its all about the money. I offered to pay, just a couple days later. Well, sure enough, my cat got much sicker. I will NEVER take my business here again.

I have been taking my animals to vets around Orange County for the past 20 years and have never had a more horrible experience. My cat was misdiagnosed and we were sold something that we did not need. We getting a second opinion on both of our animals, another vet could not find or replicate the problem. When contacting the clinic to try and return the product, we were told that it could not be returned because the box had been opened. After informing them that the box was still sealed, they would still not refund us or even give us a credit to the clinic. Horrible service, horrible doctors, and they definitely lost a customer for life. I hope the $130 was worth it to them...

Only place i trust with my 4 legged child. The statf at The Cat Care Clinic make me feel safe and secure leaving my cat with them. I feel they are very knowledgeable, and they genuinely care about the cats that come into their care. Now for certain services the price range may seem steep but not much more than other places that offer similar services. And i rest easier knowing my cat gets the best care possible. Most services, especially grooming, i feel are a better deal than most places ive been. They make knowledgeable recommendations and dont just give you the most expensive packages they can push on you. Only what seems necessary, gor the most part anyways.

Excellent at diagnosing! My two cats were very ill and I took them to another vet in Fullerton who then sent us to a specialist. After spending over $1000 and buy unnecessary drugs and food that didnt do anything, they still couldnt find what was wrong. I decided to go to Dr. Wexler who was recommended by a reputable friend, and Dr. Wexler figured out exactly the problems and we began treatment. Both cats are healthy and well thanks to Dr. Wexlers excellent care. The staff is also very friendly and very organized. My visits are not very long compared to some other doctors offices where it can be extremely long wait times. I highly recommend this office.

My husband and I adopted two stray cats and The Cat Care Clinic has been wonderful at handling them. They were both pretty feral when we first got them, but the Cat Care Clinic were able to keep them calm while doing check-ups. We have continued to bring our kittens here for vaccines and general checks up as my kittens have had some health issues (again, we got them as strays). Dr. Brown is especially good with the kittens and you can tell everyone who works here loves cats and kittens. Its easy to make appointments and they have always been on time.

I brought my cat Tubby in for major surgery (leg amputation to remove a cancerous tumor) and the clinic did a wonderful job! The staff was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had about the surgery. Dr. Wexler took excellent care of Tubby both during and after the procedure. She also took the time to keep me updated on everything and ensure that he was as happy and as comfortable as could be post-surgery. I can say for sure that his life was extended because of the clinic. I bring all of my cats here and I know theyre in good hands.

The Cat Care Clinic is one of the best around. I have brought both of my cats here for boarding, exams, and vaccines and they have always been well taken care of! All of the doctors are awesome as well as the staff. Now that I live in another state, I am hesitant to take my cats to any other place because of the high standard of service I have gotten, I dont think anywhere else could match it! My cats and I miss this place!

Love the doctors and staff, very friendly and informative. What an amazing place to bring your cat! Dr. Elaine Wexler-Mitchell really knows what she is doing, she correctly diagnosed and managed my cats lymphoma. The previous clinic I went to simply recommended I let nature take its course. Im so glad I went to The Cat Care Clinic and got a second opinion!
