This place is garbage. Smells like it hasnt been cleaned in years which is the first red flag. We brought our dog in because it was dry heaving really badly and eating grass rapidly and we needed to see right away if there was something obstructing her airway or anything that could of gotten got in her throat. So we drive here and are greeted with "sorry the doctor is on lunch and we cant take you today without an appointment. I understand the appointment system but we have a borderline emergency, you cant even have an open nurse whos sitting around do some checks and ask more questions? The old lady nurse (didnt bother asking her name) is rude as hell. I used to bring my dogs here but Ive been taking them to Hacienda animal hospital on Hacienda across the street from starbucks and harbor freight. That doctor is incredible, but closed today. Avoid this place and go there.

Great service and caring staff. My dog had to go to the emergency room after an accident with another dog but West Covina Pet Hospital was very through with their care for him and explained the procedure to us clearly. The surgery was less than initially estimated and the Hospital was honest and generous to refund us the overcharges.

West Covina Pet Hospital is a caring facility that we have used for emergency and health wellness as well as grooming for our beloved Brandy. We are a retired couple on a fix income and their prices are reasonable. We thank the doctors and staff for all the do!
