Called 3 vets and all were around &170. to $230. to put down our 48 pound small Lab. Get up to VCA at 4:00 on 11/11/15 with an appointment confirmed in the morning of 11/11 at the $170.00. To include cremation and return of the remains. Before they put Lucy down they asked for payment of $589.00. Thats right FIVE HUNDRED and EIGHTY NINE dollars. So I nicely explained the situation and the discrepancy in fees and the lady apologized and said she would due the best she could. Now she quotes $254.00. So I give her my credit card and she says "Your total is $389.00". As nicely as I could, cause Im steaming now, I instructed her to return my dog, and that I felt I was being ripped off AND THAT that very morning the $170.00 was confirmed. Came home, called Cypress Animal Hospital and was quoted $220.00. AVOID VCA AT ALL COSTS! James Kemp

I am just giving everyone heads up that they sold out to Banfiled who, are a group of shareholders ( Doctors) who dont give two cents about you or your pet only the $$ that their doctors make and mind you they must meet a quota every month or their booted out. So you know what that means cold doctors who dont care about your circumstances only how much they can shake out of you.

I took my 9 year old shihtzu into the hospital yesterday because she was breathing heavy and had a slight cough they checked her over and everything seemed to be okay or so they thought. They sent me home with some antibiotics and some cough medicine. about three hours later she was dead. At least they got their money for the medication. And I got to bury my baby.

Who cares about their view on prop 8 they are an amazing vet clinic that I would refer to anyone! Just because they don’t support gay marriage doesn’t mean they discriminate against you or your pet; that is a wild accusation and way off based! Go to them they are worth the price! I have taken animals here since I was a little kid.

After multiple bad experiences at the vet, I was desperate to find someone to help my puppy with his chronic tummy issues. Everyone at Alosta Animal Hospital was gentle, attentive and well informed. My usually terrified puppy relaxed under the care of the awesome vet tech, and the appointment went much more smoothly.

No good for boarding. Neglected a health issue and misplaced paperwork. They showed a 4.3 Google rating, but when I read further, 2 recent ratings were very bad and the rest were done anonymously years ago. I think theyre bogus planted "anonymous" good ratings.

Doctor Corbett and staff have been so wonderful. Their care and understanding for Curley has been much appreciated by me and my family. Such a great clinic for our pets. Thank you!
