Sadly to say this place has terrible service for both pets and pet owners. My German Shepard was severly sick with digestive problems, I took her in to get checked and Dr. Kang did not seem to care about her. He was very indecisive about what to do about the situation. He just kept saying come back in a week, I finally decided after three visits that this place just wants me for my money. He did not fix the situation with my dog still having problems. He just saying I dont know or I guess to anything ask which seems very unprofessional. I would asks him as to if we needed to do anything to fix the problem and was just dumb founded off what to say. He is not professional and I feel is not highly educated on what to do. Being a veterinarian I thought he would tell me we need to do this to fix the problem, but no that was not the case. Im writing this to everyone because I dont want anyone to go through being taken advantage of like I did. Not to mention the staff at the walk-in desks are very rude, they come off annoyed and do not look professional with piercings all over their faces also, I was charged 30 dollars more simply because the lady upfront added wrong. On two different occasions I have been charged two different prices on only the office visits.I feel that this place just wants your money and does not care about of your pets

I have used this vet office for the past 11 years for all my pets. I have been through a couple of vets here, the first one was amazing and ALWAYS good to my babies. The current vet has been working with my sons Chow for the past year plus for an autoimmune system problem and has been great. He goes the extra mile to explain things, brings in books so you can see what hes talking about and tries the least evasive and least expensive things first, not like the vets I have got to with friends that bring out the biggest bill possible and then you have to negotiate with them. The office has always been clean, its an older office folks, it wont be perfect. And the staff are always helpful. And another great thing about this office is they dont have you come in every time for an "office call" when you pet has reoccurring issues. When my sons Chow has another flare up, he calls in and gets a prescription. So, if you are looking for a vet that is reliable, affordable and good, this is it.

Had my dog spayed here because of the advertisement I knew it wasnt going to be 50 bucks..people are dreaming or not functioning well in reality I didnt see no false advertising in this ad it clear;y says "Call for details" how hard is it to understand that..but I guess some peoples light bulbs are out upstairs ..go figure..people have to complain about one thing or another . Anyway I found out they were the cheapest in town I stay well clear from Alosta since they sold out to Banfield corp. ..yep, prices will be increasing there and a whole new set of robot doctors whos only interest is making their monthly quota to please their shareholders.

Would NEVER go there again. Right from the moment I walked in I had a bad feeling, later I realized why. This vet almost killed my mothers cat a few years ago by giving it the wrong insulin. Luckily because of the way the cat reacted I took it to another vet and avoided a disaster. This time they wanted to sedate my dog to give it an x-ray. Again took my dog to another vet that said they only do that in extreme cases which this was not. Id think twice about going here if I were you.

FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY Prices may be lower, but the lack of cleaniliness is overwhelming! I dont think those floors or walls have EVER been cleaned... And the receptionist is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. No customer service skills at all, no concern for my animal, and acted inconvenienced when I mentioned my dog had an accident on the floor. I am paying to be there, therefore I shouldnt feel like I am asking too many questions or offer my concerns. Wont go back...no matter how much cheaper

This place was very nice and inexpensive. i got my dog spayed their and they treated her nicely. she came back happy and healthy. she is not in a lot of pain. please dont let the others peoples reviews stop you from coming. they are really helpful in this economy because its affordable to keep your pet healthy with them.the staff was super nice:) so please go to South Glendora Animal Hospital.

This is not a low cost vet, at least for kittens first shots. When the receptionist asked if I wanted all the shots if the kitten was old enough, I said yes, thinking this would mean a larger dose. Instead, the kitten received 9 shots for $90.00 (some of the shots are optional). I was told to bring her back 3 weeks later for the next dose for $80.00, and 3 weeks after that for $24.00.

South Glendora is awesome!!! the best customer service and low cost prices, especially Rosemary, the sweetest girl and she even does pet sitting which is what i needed for my little pug when i went away on vacation, she took great care of them, and is so helpful when i take peanut in to see the vet. Thank you South Glendora and thanks Rose for the great service!

Most people avoid the vet because of the high prices but they make it very affordable ...the staff is very nice also
